I put this message on Quidco's site on Thursday, but as of yet, no reply: -
I purchased 3 Schwartz sauce mixes via MSE and this page from your site: https://www.quidco.com/clicksnap/details/5427/free-schwartz-recipe-sauce-mixes/?ref=%2Fclicksnap%2Foffers%2Fall%2F , and this page from MSE http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/morrisons#morrisfroz however it does not list this offer when I go to upload the receipt, the offer is for "up to 3 redemptions", and expires 08th March.
I have already received cashback for 10 of this product during the relevant period, but this is a different one, "exclusive" to MSE. Why will your site not allow the receipt upload?

My purchase from the 21/09/15 has been tracked, but I still haven't been paid the cash back.
How long does it take for the retailer to release the payment?

Hi, need some information about what I can do next regarding my cashback.
Ordered a Sky package through Quidco on 25th Sept 2015. It fully tracked, passed the returns and cancellation stage and it currently at retailer decision. There was a estimated payment range when changed from 1st - 26th feb to 1st - 26th march.
Couple of weeks ago I logged in and noticed that the estimated payment date has gone completely. The status is currently "The retailer is taking longer than expected to process your transaction. We apologise for the delay." Does this mean I have to sit back and wait longer? how long for?For those wondering, I did get my money back from Natwest and was given Silver account free for a year.0 -
I had an email yesterday from Quidco (and I am sure it is a genuine email from Quidco) saying there had been a request to change the account email address ( to some foriegn @yandex.ru address).
It seems to be quite difficult to find anyway to contact Quidco about this. I finally found where i could contact them through the web site and will have to wait 24 hours for them to get back to me!
I have subsequently changed my password and checked that no personal or bank details have been changed.
Did someone hack my account?0 -

Cashback for Debenhams in-store usually take around 8 months to confirm and pass on the cashback. This is due to the security checks that have to be run.
If you get in touch with our Customer Service team they'll be happy to have a look into it for you and advise your accordingly.

My question is about the Quidco highest cashback guarantee. Is this applicable only to the percentage rate listed or will they also honour the other cashback website's rate when a deal/code was used for the purchase that was listed on the other cashback company's listing page?0
