Unfortunately we are unable to discuss your account here due to privacy. However, now that you have the email from the retailer confirming that you went through your Quidco account to make a purchase and didn't cancel the order, may I ask you to send this through to members@quidco.com they will investigate this further for you.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Joan

    Thanks for reply
I have indeed forwarded that email and other supporting evidence to you now.

I did, in fact, send that email confirming the purchase was via quidco to another staff , who has, sadly, maintained his position that he wants plusnet to confirm in an email to me that they'll pay the £110 to quidco...Plusnet staff tell me they cannot do this as quidco is a third party site which they allege they have nothing to do with (though clearly there'll have been senior negotiations between quidco and plusnet about referral commissions!)

I have done all I can and spent much time and effort in this matter and now expect quidco to honour the cashback, as I have done everything correctly.

Sadly, despite my doing precisely what Joan has asked me to do, I have now received a stock reply in my quidco inbox, denying the claim and saying that plunet has said that my order was cancelled! (though MSEr's will remember that plusnet has confirmed to me that the order was not cancelled (not that I need that confirmation - I use plusnet for my broadband!)

I fear I'm in a dystopian loop of Kafkaesque proportions

Is there anybody who can help me get plusnet and quidco to speak to each other to resolve this??

My higher cashback claim was processed successfully but the additional cashback claim awarded was LOWER than that offered by the other cashback website on the day (and following days after) I placed my order. In this instance the difference is quite small so I won't chase it up but it is not fair and I won't be going through Quidco again if a competitor offers a better rate. Quidco have obviously given me the rate that the competitor is offering on the day they've processed my claim but this is lower than the day I made the purchase (and I can confirm this as I took screen shots of each website as evidence).

    Hi @lumi,

I'm sorry to hear your Highest Cashback Guarantee claim didn't pay the right amount of cashback. If you contact the customer support team again they'll be very happy to get the additional difference added in for you, as we always match the competitor rate on date of purchase rather than date of claim.

    I do hope this helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Nick

    Hi @Keiran,

I'm sorry to see that happened.

The member of our team that replied to you had not been informed of the specifics of the situation so it appears he misinformed you. My apologies - we've now sent you another message on the support ticket, and we've also now escalated your issue so that our higher team can deal with it for you.

We'll be sure to keep you updated at every stage of the process.

    Kind Regards,

    Nick

I wish I'd have come across this forum sooner!

I recently closed my Quidco account. I took out Hastings Car Insurance in October 2014. Raised a claim on the 7th April 2015 and nearly a year later it'd been sent to the Retailer and remained at that point.
It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.

They now seem to be able to make click snap transactions disappear going from tracked to gone !
  • Apologies if this is the wrong place, however, despite contacting Quidco n.u.me.r.o.u.s ..... times over the past 6 months, I'm getting no where. Bought Hotpoint oven from Curry's in October 15 at a cashback offer of 10% - never seen the cashback. Quidco is still in affiliation with Currys even though the reviews are awful - Curry's never pay... I'm now outside the 45 days to make a claim and although Quidco gave me a paltry £1.93, this is not the £23 I'm expecting. Quidco don't seem to care and certainly don't seem to follow up on their "we'll continue to chase the merchant". Any chance this could actually be resolved with the full cashback amount promised - which prompted me to use Curry's in the first place....?? Thank you

Why did you not claim inside the 45 days?
