"Making a fraudulent claim to induce sale, service or contract is a criminal act."
So my question is what is a reasonable delay before it becomes misrepresentation and by default Maple Syrup Media Ltd are committing a criminal act.
Hi @ceredigion
I'm sorry to hear that your estimated payment date changed. Estimate payment dates are worked out by looking at how quickly a retailer has been paying us over the last 12 months.
We do like to provide an accurate a date as we can, but as this is only an estimate, it is subject to change.
Unfortunately we are unable to discuss your account here therefore I would suggest to get in touch with the customer support team via Facebook, Twitter or through your Quidco Support inbox
Kind Regards,
Joan

Obviously still not resolved. The original one has paid out, it seemed to move across with another purchase, but another one has now disappeared into the black hole
Hi @molerat,
Have you sent a support ticket about this to our customer service team (via ticket, social media, live chat or callback)? They may be able to help resolve this.
I'm afraid I can't access our member's accounts via this forum but if you go through our customer service channels they should be able to look into your account specifically to see if there's anything unique to your account that's causing the issue.
Kind Regards,
Nick

not sure if this is the right place to post this...
I recently signed up to Quidco & received an email from them offering me a Welcome Bonus of £10 after I made my first purchase. I`ve now made 2 purchases but there`s no sign of the bonus. I have tried to email them but am not having any luck - they asked me to forward their email on to them - but gave me an invalid address to send it to - I have asked them to clarify but have had no response.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?0 -
With the £10 bonus they offer to existing members that haven't used Quidco for a long time, the bonus only appears once the transaction goes to confirmed.
Could also apply to your bonus?0 -

It seems as though one can overshop with Quidco. They have asked me to submit sales receipts, credit card statements to prove my purchases with Expedia.
I have duly done this but given Expedia do not pay for months after the holiday tan fades, I can't see the problem.
May have to take my Expedia bookings elsewhere!0 -
