    I'm gutted - took up a full BT package (phone, broadband, TV, mobile) on Black Friday. Failed to track (though Quidco do have my click-thrus tracked). Now been declined as BT say I went through another affiliate company - which is wrong entirely.

    You just displayed the wrong retailer. This is mis-selling. and we will be making a claim for a goodwill payment of £1.50. And a suggestion to get the retailer correct in future.

    I'm very sorry to hear how displeased you are and for any confusion caused. Please be assured that we inform all of our clicksnap members as to whether an offer is for online or in-store use.

    This can be seen in the picture you have sent through and as you mentioned, will also be stated in the offer details, as we would hate for our members to be disappointed. The computer/trolley icon indicates where the offer can be redeemed and the offer details will also have further explanation.

    Both Tesco and Tesco.com offer cashback on products purchased with them. If you would like to contact the support team I have no doubt that they'll be happy to make a goodwill gesture to your account.

    Thank you for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear your cashback has been declined. What can happen on occasion is that when you have shopped around and browsed on sites prior to making your purchase, we may not be recognised as the referrer of the sale and the cashback can be paid to another affiliate. This may also explain why your purchase failed to track.

    This is why we recommend clearing your cookies prior to making a purchase, our support team will be happy to advise on further tips to ensure the successful tracking of your future purchases and to avoid this decline occurring again.

    Hi, I used a rarely-used computer and browser to go through Quidco and sign up for Sky broadband on Sunday. Never been used on any affiliate site before, yet cashback has not tracked.

    As the switch is still processing I don't have a start date to create a claim. Also it says it won't be considered for 150 days!! This is ridiculous, and same thing happened to me before with EE (who then went off quidco!)

    There's no way I went through another affiliate etc. Seems Quidco just don't want to pay!

    Have you asked them or are you just assuming ?
    It can take a few days until certain purchases track on your account...

    I am sorry to hear that you cashback has not tracked into your account.

    Most purchases should track within 24 hours but some can take a little longer.

    Please don't worry though, as our customer support team will be more than happy to help raise a missing cashback claim for you so we can have this tracked in manually for you.

    Therefore, please do get in contact with them, via the support tab on your Quidco account.

    Does anyone know if Direct Line come on this thread? I bought insurance through them via Quidco in August last year but it didn't track. I raised a claim and it was sent to Direct Line at the beginning of December but they still haven't paid. I've contacted Quidco but there's nothing else they can do. It's so frustrating. :(
