    With some retailers they will track amounts into your account either higher or lower initially and then update to the correct amount once the cashback is confirmed. If this is the case it will always state so in the retailers terms and conditions on their Quidco page.

    If that doesn't happen we can of course investigate this further for you by raising an incorrect cashback claim.

  • Hi I was to get £120 cash back on the 12th of December after signing up to sky through Quidco on the 10th of August. I still haven't received the money.

  • I became a member of Quidco in August 2015 after finding out about it on MSE. I used it to get some insurance quotes, which tracked, and I thought it was going well until I tried to make my first withdrawal.
    I admit I at first made a mistake by entering the wrong bank account details. I found this out when my first withdrawal (a pound!) failed. Annoyed at myself for entering the wrong details, I then updated my bank details (correctly this time) but this then led to me being unable to withdraw anything. I contacted Quidco support a couple of months ago but it didn't get me anywhere:

    Hi,
    Due to entering the incorrect details upon opening my account, I updated my bacs payment method several weeks ago and in the payment methods screen it now displays the updated card details:
    1****- -******-
    I can provide you with the full sort code and account number if need be. Also, despite trying to do so, my email address is not currently linked to my Quidco account. If that is made to happen would I then be able to withdraw to my Paypal account?
    Besides providing you with a photo image of my driving licence or bank card to prove to you my idendity, I do not know how else to proceed. I am not as experienced at this website as you surely are so any advice to clear up the matter would be of great help.

    At this time our side of the database is currently still showing a ---- number, along with an invalid sort code. If you provide us with the full account number and sort code I can try manually updating the details from our side.

    Apologies for the inconvenience - we've been experiencing some technical issues with our payments system and some users are having trouble updating payment details. That might also be why you're having trouble linking your paypal.

    I'm disappointed to report that my payment is still not available for withdrawel :(
    Please help. I've waited six working days (as of 20/11/15), I provided my sort code
    and account number
    , but Quidco don't seem to want me as a member.
    I understand you have tried, Nick, but is it worth me seeking advice from another member of the Quidco staff? Should I open another support request?

    Hi,
    Still no success with withdrawing my cashback :(
    I updated my details and waited until the date stated (12/12/15) but it still doesn't allow me to make a withdrawal.
    On the home page of my Quidco account it continues to display:
    Available for payment
    £--.--
    There is a problem with your account, please contact customer services
    What is the problem and is customer services another department? If so should I contact them for help?
    I also tried to link my paypal account in order to withdraw to that but that also hasn't cleared. Could you help me to be able to withdraw to Paypal? It is the same email address as the one I have with Quidco: [EMAIL="holyhbk1@gmail.com"][/email]

    What about being able to withdraw to an Amazon account? Could you make that happen?

    As explained in previous requests for help in November, I updated the card details.
    At the moment it is displaying BACS -****- -*****- on the Payment Methods screen. In which case this would be a Nationwide bank account.
    What about clearance to withdraw to Paypal? Could tech make that happen in case the withdrawals to my bank account still doesn't work?

    You'd be very welcome to make a withdrawal to PayPal. If you've got an account linked, or you're able to link an account, you could withdraw to PayPal, then deposit the amount to your bank account, and bypass our technical issues entirely.

    We're sorry we haven't been able to provide you with a specific resolution to the problem at this time, and we can assure you that our team is looking into it.

    Basically, I feel like I've been going through the same thing over and over with this Quidco support worker. I've tried updating my bacs details, I've asked several times if they could link it to my Paypal account (tried it myself but the Quidco website isn't allowing my to do that either) and it hasn't got resolved.

    I do apologise that you have experienced this issue and for any frustration this has caused you.

    We have experienced a few technical issues in regards to payments in the past few weeks however, we have been working to resolve the issues and the majority of these are fully resolved now.

    In regards to the issue you have experienced, this should have been resolved and you should now be able to request your payment.
