The post is asking why are you sending cash back confirmed e-mails for transactions that were confirmed and actually paid out over a month ago. The transaction is still showing as confirmed (but not paid) just as it has for over a month, the payments page clearly shows that it relates to that transaction. Your system update is a gift that just keeps on giving !0 -

On the 18th Nov 2015 I requested a withdrawal of my Quidco cashback balance of £125.84 and it did not reach the indicated bank account. I have been told that founds were sent, but I did not get them. That is very annoying, now I get no answers to my emails from Quidco support. What can I do about that. All that time I spent playing with cashback web to gain few quid now will get lost? I can not have that.
