    For the 4th time now my account is on hold. What is going on? Its off hold or a day and then its straight back on. I know you are updating your payment systems but this is getting beyond a joke. I love Quidco and have done for over 7 years but even I am getting to the point where I worry about using you.

    I'm sorry to hear you've had this problem. The payment hold is put on your account whenever an adjustment has been made to your payment settings. If you have made no amendments recently then I apologise for the technical glitch affecting your account. We are of course working on this and hope to have it resolved for you soon.     QUIDCO.

    It seems hundreds of people have had their transaction histories wiped including tracked clicks awaiting payment and Clicksnap receipts wich have been submitted but not yet paid have dissappeared. It's the Same for Checkoutsmart....

    What are you doing about it ?

    Unfortunately we have experienced a technical error in which the Clicksnap activity is not displaying correctly on member's accounts. Please be assured this does not include their transactional history. We are of course working on this as a priority and hope to have the problem resolved soon.     There is no problem, I have figured it out myself. The post is asking why are you sending cash back confirmed e-mails for transactions that were confirmed and actually paid out over a month ago. The transaction is still showing as confirmed (but not paid) just as it has for over a month, the payments page clearly shows that it relates to that transaction. Your system update is a gift that just keeps on giving !

    Any idea when the software will be fixed? I’m owed almost £6 now. Note that one is still being tracked since 20th October. This is over a month ago. I have contacted Customer Services several times. I get assurances of payment, but nothing happens. I have just contacted their support again. Anyone else having this nonsense? Below is copied extracts from my activity page which I downloaded:

    I requested an Amazon payout on 6th November and no sign of it. Apparently payments department are looking into it after I messaged support. Feeling worried as its a large amount to me.
