And this morning I get an e-mail stating that the claim I made for this transaction has been sent to the retailer. So it has been paid, confirmed and now claimed for in that order !

We are aware of this bug and the tech team are working to rectify it so that full functionality is restored to the site.

Is there a way to test if tracking is working, before proceeding to go through with a purchase?0

I am very sorry to hear that you have experienced a delay in receiving your cashback.
This is due to the large amount of queries we have received over the lead up to Christmas.
However, do be assured that our Customer Support will respond to your message as soon as is possible.
Kind Regards,
Joseph at Quidco
HI, i can understand that, but I ve been told by quidco staff money has been sent so I should receive them within 5 days. My wife requested her founds to be transferred to her bank acc and even she done it later she got it by now. So the reason I did not get mine is incomprehensible. Can you please act on my behalf to help sorting that out please?
Thanks!0 -

I applied for a Tesco Credit Card back in June. After initially being declined and raising a ticket, my £25 cash back came through this week. Money for nothing. Many thanks Quidco, and well worth the wait.0

Hello
I've e-mailed Support regarding this, but want to post publically as I feel this is rather underhand by Quidco.
I purchased
Date: 1st December 2015 00:06:04
Retailer: TalkTalk Broadband and Digital TV
Follow for retailer alerts
Purchase amount: £1.00
Cashback amount: £225.00
I clicked through with about 2 minutes remaining on your exclusive offer, and it tracked OK at 225 (it should have been 240...) but today I happened to check Quidco and it has sneakily dropped to 90 with no notification - as most contracts only have a 14 day cancellation period, this seems very very poor practice not to pro-actively inform customers, especially when buying your exclusively promoted offers.
Secondly, I cannot raise a Claim as the 225 / 240 Exclusive doesn't even show up on your claim form! It tracked fine, I have screenshots and the e-mail from you but it just dropped. Too be honest, I am not even willing to put in a Claim as I shouldn't have to - 135 has simply been deducted without so much as a by your leave.
I'd like an explanation as to why I wasn't informed and why this has happened ASAP, before I contact TalkTalk with a Cancellation due to the deduction of 135 from the pending transaction.
My Quidco username is the same as here.0 -
