Hi all,
Anybody use this service? is it worth setting up and using and is it fairly straight forward?
Anybody had any major problems with cash backs being recorded or any other problems which out weigh the benefits of using it?
Kind Regards.0 -

I would particularly like reviews from shoppers as to how effective this service is and if it is worth trying, but while your here...
I am a new user to Quidco having only signed up in the last few weeks and was emailed an offer which enabled me to earn a £10 bonus on top of any cash back earned on a transaction worth over £10, I had to activate this offer which I did.
I then bought travel insurance which was a total of £13 and purchased on the 13th July, it has been successfully tracked through Quidco and shows in my recent activity, what I would like to know is will this £10 bonus be automatically added once the cash back is confirmed or do I have to claim for it? and how long will it take for the bonus to be added and how will I know when I have gained this bonus?

Hi @srisport
Thank you for your reply.
First of all, welcome to Quidco! I hope you're finding the site easy to navigate.
You've hit the nail on the head there, your £10 will be credited within 72 hours of your cashback for the travel insurance being confirmed and available for payment.
We'll be sure to notify you once your initial amount of cashback has been confirmed.
If there's anything else you need don't forget you can get in touch over social media for a speedy response.
Kind Regards,

Is amazon.co.uk gone as a merchant?0

Hi @rabjoshu
Thank you for your post. Unfortunately Amazon have withdrawn from Quidco and the vast majority of other cashback programmes. However we sincerely hope for their return!
Kind Regards,
Jack

Okay not sure if this is the correct Board but here goes.
Had an email from Quidco offering a £10 bonus for purchase made before end of April, did a shop with Tesco tracked ok (no cashback expected for a grocery shop but tracked for bonus ok )
Contacted Quidco about bonus , first time told to expect bonus in a month or so, subsequent contact told bonus paid on 6/10/2016 payment extracted on 5/10/2016 ( day before it was paid)
Contacted Quidco about dates and non payment , and subsequently ignored.
Now strangely my HUKD account is suspended for no apparent reason ( same owner )
Am I a paranoid MSE`r or just unlucky ?0 -
I cannot change my email in the settings because it says the confirmation will go to my old email address...I am not with aol anymore going on a year and a half so would be unable to receive the notification. Any ideas on this situation....0

Quidco is one of the better sites for cashback, I've dumped the likes of Greasypalm and topcashback now and concentrate on Quidco. Since becoming a member I have had over £5000 back and still have over £400 tracking. When something gets declined, I raise a ticket and its sorted out, not straight away but most of the time it gets paid after a couple of months.
If something isn't on cashback with Quidco, I then try Nectar shops for Nectar points and then Gate365 for Avios.0 -
I signed up to BT broadband as a new customer yesterday (via Quidco), but have noticed that today the offers are much better - more at BT's end than at Quidco's.
Can I just cancel my order with BT, and go through the whole sign-up process again without messing everything up?
Clearly I am within my rights to cancel, but I would not want to jeopardize my cashback claim.0
