Sorry, I should have said phone service as well. Have paid for the full year by line rental saver so am tied to the bandits for 12 months. Once the 14 days pass, you're stuck for a year. Is there any higher legislation about cooling off periods or are they set by the company?

What about if my partner signed up for the broadband and tv separately? Is that possible?

I've had one transaction that tracked 6 months ago and i've heard nothing since, another from 6 months ago that was 'sent to retailer' and i've also heard nothing and also one from 3 months ago that was 'sent to retailer' and is currently 'on hold'.

Thanks for getting in touch as we'll certainly be happy to look into these transactions for you. Firstly I'd definitely recommend checking the retailer's Quidco page for their estimated payment speeds to check whether the transactions are indeed delayed.

I bought Motorbike insurance through Quidco compare and it tracked fine. Transaction ID 1188392132. Then this...Status Update 28 July

And yet the retailer was there at the time of purchase and is still showing as offering cashback.
