Anybody else experiencing ClickSnap receipt upload problems? I've been unable to upload receipts for three days now. Same for two different accounts on two different PCs and three different browsers.
No response from Quidco support either.0 -

Please be assured that this is something that we are aware of and we are looking into this with top priority, however we do not have an update at this stage.

Please be assured that the terms and conditions do relate to uploading the same receipt on Clicksnap and Checkoutsmart. Therefore if you purchase separately then you can redeem the offers on ClickSnap and Checkoutsmart without a problem.

Hi qbs,
I am sorry to hear that you have had this issue. This has been reported and should be fixed very soon. If you have the ClickSnap App then you are able to upload your receipts on there.
If not then please try again tomorrow and you should then be able to get this uploaded.

I have submitted yet another support ticket, I have lost count how many that is now. My Sky cashback is still not being honoured.
Quidco keep telling me to go to Sky to get it sorted. Sky keep telling me to go to Quidco.
I am so very, very disappointed, confused and annoyed that I am still chasing £120 cashback.
Can you please help? Please, please do not ask me to submit another support ticket or contact Quidco through the website as this is not getting me anywhere.
I would really appreciate some help right now.
