I meant the automated response saying you've received the message and I'll receive a reply within 24 hours.

I've sent another message through your website marked "FAO Oliver" as requested.

I have a question which I don't even know who to ask! I have tried asking the company I bought the product from but they have no idea what a cashback site even is let alone if they will still pay up!

I bought a pair of trainers from a well known site via Quidco, it has all tracked fine and arrived yesterday. Only problem is, they don't fit!

I had gone online to buy these as I was being gifted them by a relative who used their card to pay, so if I send them back the card will be refunded and I will have no trainers- I can't afford to rebuy them myself, the relative lives a fair way away so it's not so easy to just rebuy them again just like that, this is without the issue of waiting in another day for them to be picked up and then redelivered- I don't have endless amounts of time!

I have found out though that the company will accept store returns and exchanges and wanted to do this. However- I am not sure if this will mean I lose the cashback. I would rather not lose the cashback. The exchange would be for the exact same style and colour, just with a different size so there would be no money refunded or paid in addition, but I've no idea how this works in terms of Quidco. Does anyone have any suggestions to get around this?

I have no idea if it makes any difference, but I am a fee paying Quidco member.

Does anyone know? Has anyone ever tried anything like this? Is anyone from Quidco able to answer this?

    Hi there,

I am sorry to hear that you have had this issue. Unfortunately, cashback is not eligible on cancelled, returned or amended orders, whatever the reason. This is due to the cashback being a referral fee that we receive and pass straight onto you. When you contact the retailer to cancel, return or amend an order this invalidates our referral.

I am sorry for any disappointment that this may cause.

    Best Wishes

    Oliver

I've had some surveys through Quidco Opinions that I've completed and it hasn't linked back to Quidco - so no cash credited to my Quidco Opinions account. The survey today for "Verve" is simply a registration for another survey site (Verve Voices) which has it's own incentives, you give them your details and answer some questions then it signs you up. You're not directed back to Quidco and the survey still shows as available to complete.

I sent a message via the contact form earlier today but the last two times I've done this for surveys not being credited I've received no reply (and the messages appear to have been deleted from my messages on your site). Do you not provide support for Quidco Opinions?

I've had a similar problem, it doesn't seem to be related to Quidco, just another survey company. Have you had any response? Can't be bothered with the faff if it will happen each time!

    Hello

I am new to cashback and the like so forgive me if these answers are obvious.

I raised a claim with Ocado for £9 which didn't track. I got a message 31 days ago saying it had been approved and now I'm waiting for the status to change to 'confirmed'. How long will this take?

I also can't remember how to see the average claims handling time for 1st Central Car Insurance before they accept my claim. How long is this?

    Thank you!

    Hi cavie78,

Unfortunately they are no longer on Quidco :( I am sorry for the disappointment caused. We do hope that they will return in the future.

We do have many other holiday / hotel retailers that offer cashback for stays so please check those out to see if there are any rates that take your fancy.

    Kind Regards,

    Anna

    Hi gemnomnom,

    Welcome to Quidco!

Please be assured that you can find all the payment speeds on the retailers page. You will see a payment speed and then underneath a claims processing speed.

With Ocado at the moment they are taking around 4 months from the submission date to process and confirm a claim. Therefore the payment will come around 4 months from the claims submission date. Please note that these are only estimations based on the last 12 months.

In regards to 1st Central Car Insurance, claims take around 6 months.

I do hope that this has helped. If you require specific information regarding your transaction please get in touch with our customer support team and they can certainly assist you.

    Many Thanks

Feel a bit like i've been conned. I was quoted £92.63 for airport transfer from bilbao airport to downtown bilbao with 'holiday taxis', however when i repeated this and clicking on the quidco searchbar at the top of the screen the quote was for £101.40.
The cashback on the transaction was £10.14 which leaves me £1.37 better off.
My question is: do most companies hike up prices to cover cashback when they sense you have accessed via quidco?
