    I am sorry to hear that you have had this issue.

    With the majority of the surveys on Quidco Opinions there is a maximum number of participants that they want and therefore if enough people have completed the survey then it will be taken down.

    This can happen at any point during the live period, however please don't worry as we are always getting new surveys through and therefore there will be more to answer.

    I was going to use the Tassimo website through Quidco but got a message saying that Tassimo were experiencing technical issues and to try again later.

    What I'm wondering is, whether this is normal, does it get fixed and if so how long should I wait (minutes, hours days)?

    Hi xbrenx,

    This is only a temporary measure until we have the tracking for this retailer fixed.

    I'm sorry I'm unable to provide you with an exact date at this time on when the link will be fixed, though we'll aim to have it resolved as soon as we can.

    If you follow the retailer's alerts for Tassimo on Quidco, we'll be able to notify you when the link has been fixed.

    How do you close a quidco account.

    Does deactivating the account close the account or is it like facebook and deactivating is only temporary and can be reactivated?
    Are the personal details removed after a time period?

    @wakeupalarm - When a user's account is deleted, the transactional data relating to their account is retained for accounting purposes however the user's data is anonymised so we keep no record of the original user. We allow one week for this process to take place.

    Unlike Facebook, for example, we are unable to reactivate an account and to all intents and purposes the account is deleted and no longer exists.

    Hello Quidco
    Can I ask a query relating to Clicksnap and Checkoutsmart.
    If there is exactly the same offer on the same product in both apps, providing I buy 2 of that product in separate transactions - and thus will be submitting different receipts, can I redeem cash back one through Clicksnap and one through Checkoutsmart? Thank you for your help.

    On the same subject why does Clicksnap process your receipt nearly the same day yet Checkoutsmart takes forever. The downside is with Checkoutsmart that you cant see what has been submitted, it doesn't give you a reference number and the customer support is very slow to respond yet both seem to operate together as reference numbers when they are processed are in line with Clicksnap.

    @WillyWonga - The processes are slightly different for these schemes. It can take up to 14 days for cashback to be awarded from the point you submit your receipt.
