I also have a Sky query, I am waiting for £110 cashback. I recently chased this up with Quidco for a second time, got a helpful response saying quidco would pay it out to me and asking for a few details. I provided the details then got a standard "We are sorry your cashback is taking longer than it stated" blurb back! I'm really quite miffed about that when Quidco asked for the details and said they would pay it, please can someone look into it and let me know what is going on please?0

Has anyone had any success in getting an order number to manually claim cashback through Quidco for new Sky subscribers? I signed up with Sky last week via the Quidco site - but purchase was not tracked, and I can't claim the cashback without this order number which I don't have.
Have read about other people having the same problem - anything I can do?

Why would that be? Been like it for over a week filled out the contact us twice and had no reply.
In fact I've had NO communication whatsover.
Digging around Google I found this thread and the email [EMAIL="members@quidco.com"]members@quidco.com[/EMAIL] -which I just fired off an email to.

I'm getting the "Your account has been blocked - please contact support team" message too. This happens when logging in via PC browser, but android app logs in ok.
I contacted the customer support Fri lunchtime as requested but heard nothing yet.*************************
