    Is there anyone else who never seems to receive payments? So far I've apparently been paid via paypal twice, both times I have never received a penny, I don't know what the problem is but I don't see the point in using quidco if you don't get anything back. I've never had this problem with topcashback.

  • Hello all,

    I've done a quick search but cant find an answer, so I'm hoping someone might know.

    I have just purchased a new tent from go outdoors, the deal I wanted was available online with cash back through quidco. So after seeing the tent in store I went home to reserve it online and pick up in store.

    Now here is my problem, in store they had stock, but according to the websites they didn't, so I couldn't reserve it and get the cash back. I have been in store ttoday and bought the tent. Can I claim the cash back some way?

    Hello all,

    I'm really sorry you haven't been able to reserve your purchase online.

    Unfortunately, the only way to earn cashback through Go Outdoors is by reserving your purchase, before paying for the item in store.

    I am very upset and disappointed that none of my in-store purchases are tracking. I have raised the issue several times and have just received generic answers such as my cards must have expired or been renewed and not updated. This is not the case.

    This has been happening since November last year. My partner and I have spent hundred of pounds in Debenhams during that time at various different stores and nothing has tracked. I have had to submit manual claims for some of the purchases where I still have the receipt but some of these are even being declined now. The most recent being declined because it appears the card I used was only added recently - it was exactly the same card I registered last year but I recently added the expiry date because I had previously been told that perhaps the card had already expired and the card details in my profile were incorrect.

    I am so frustrated. :( I have no desire to claim anything which I am not entitled to, but I have earned the cashback legitimately and am going round in circles trying to actually get it!
    Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with InStore Cashback.

    InStore Cashback can take up to 28 days to track into your account. If this does not, please do then contact our Support Team who will be able to investigate further for you.

    Please do be aware of possible issues that may cause for the cashback to not track into your account within the 28 days.

    - Using a Card within 24 hours from registration
    - Using a registered card with a retailer that does not offer InStore cashback
    - Using a Store Branded (Debenhams) Credit Card
    - Making the payment wholly or partially with a Gift Card

    If you wish to discuss your transactions more specifically, please do raise a Support Ticket FAO Oliver and I will be happy to look into what is causing this tracking issue.

    I do hope that this information was helpful and that we can get to the bottom of this issue for you.

    I have been waiting since January for £80 cashback from Quidco for signing up to N Power Home Team Boiler Service. The date of the expected payment keeps going back, the latest is 28 July. i am getting so frustrated to say the least.
