    Can you please get in touch with us via the 'Support' tab on the right hand side of the retailers page and provide the email addresses linked to your family members accounts so that we can have a look at what is happening here.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Usually this means that you have a claim raised for this transaction and therefore it will show as 'Claim Raised' and will be highlighted so that you can clearly see the cashback that is currently being investigated.

    General query: If you buy something that's faulty on arrival, and a replacement is sent, will the cashback be void? If so, it would be grotesquely unfair. You haven't had a refund or cancelled.

    You've actually been the victim of a merchant who's put you through endless days of frustration by selling shoddy goods and making you negotiate a labyrinthine returns procedure. Who may now profit from that by not paying cashback! Especially when they change the original order number.

    Hi There,

    In this scenario I would advise cancelling the whole order and then clicking back through Quidco to make your purchase again.

    Cashback cannot be paid on cancelled, returned or amended orders as cashback is actually a referral commission that we receive from the retailer for referring the sale to them.

    Instead of keeping it, we pass it back onto you as cashback. This means that if you have to deal with the retailer directly, we will not be seen as the referrer and therefore, we will not receive the referral commission for the sale.

    However, if this has already happened then please get in touch with our customer support team who will be able to assist you in raising a claim to see if the retailer will accept this from us.

    Since it didn't track either, would I use 'Create Cashback Claim'? I doubt there's room to mention the replacement / order number change.

    Or can you post a link to a more suitable page to raise this?

    I've had some surveys through Quidco Opinions that I've completed and it hasn't linked back to Quidco - so no cash credited to my Quidco Opinions account. The survey today for "Verve" is simply a registration for another survey site (Verve Voices) which has it's own incentives, you give them your details and answer some questions then it signs you up. You're not directed back to Quidco and the survey still shows as available to complete.

    I sent a message via the contact form earlier today but the last two times I've done this for surveys not being credited I've received no reply (and the messages appear to have been deleted from my messages on your site). Do you not provide support for Quidco Opinions?

    Yes, that's the contact form I always use. I did get a response last month saying they would pass it on to the correct team but nothing further. Two other times have received no response at all apart from the initial automated email.
