Ive made 5 purchases so far with quidco, all of them have tracked but none have been confirmed. I signed up for an offer with plusnet last November, it was listed at £100 cashback, after I signed up with plusnet it was reduced to 70, but the date of estimated payment keeps getting pushed back, it was meant to be 18th Jan, its now showing as 15th Feb.

Im sure thats quite common but at the moment I have 76 pounds cashback over the five transactions showing on my account and I have absolutely no idea when it will be paid.

I am more than happy with plusnet and the service, the cashback would just be a nice bonus.

Hi Paulineb I think this is quite common. I try not to worry about when the cash back arrives and treat it as a nice treat. One biggy I had on a credit card took nine months!

    Hi

I needed some help and been using TCB for some time and switched to Quidco. i brought 2 Vodafone contracts 1 on the 29/01/2014 and 1 on the 30/01/2014. got the first one and activated it and the second one will be delivered tomorrow.

both of them have not tracked and i did clear all the cookies and temp files etc twice and restatered the computer also. before going directly to Quidco then selected the option from quidco to which deal and tariff i wanted from the menu system and them went to Vodafone and brought the deals.

is there a way to find out if Quidco will pay out if i put a missing claim in?
    also why did it happen?
as this is the same i do when i buy via TCB and never missed a tracking before.

Give it a couple more days before putting a missing cashback claim in.

    Hi Mobile2zone,

I'm sorry to hear that you have had an issue with the tracking of your purchases, as this is the last thing that we want to happen.

Please do be aware that some purchases can take around 3 days to track in, although we usually find that most purchases track within 24 hours.

If, after 24 hours your purchase still isn't showing in your account, can I please ask you to raise a missing cashback claim via this link - https://www.quidco.com/new-enquiry/

This will allow us to manually track the purchase for you, and we'll take it from there. At this stage you can sit back, and wait for the cashback to come through.

If you do find that this issue with tracking persists, we usually find that this is a problem with your browser and security software settings. Sometimes the settings you have on your browser can block the access of our affiliate networks (the third parties we use to track your purchases).

If you click here, we do have a helpful tracking guide, which when applied should rectify any tracking issues you are experiencing - http://www.quidco.com/help/1190/

All we do ask is that you raise your claim within 7 weeks of your purchase date, as unfortunately the retailer will not accept a claim from us after this time.

As always, if you do have any issues raising the claim, or with anything else for that matter, please don't hesitate to get back in touch.

I get them quite frequently but I rarely get an email alert so I visit the site and look that way.
Is your profile completed and up to date?

Yep, 100%. Got two surveys in august and then nothing. Is there some other support for it other than the normal quidco one?

Has anyone had issues with Tesco Bank Car Insurance cash back. I got a quote, went back a few days later to find that Tesco Bank was not active. Quidco advised it had been taken down. I bought the insurance on the quote number issued at £322 but my quote visit has not tracked. I have spoken to Quidco and raised a ticket. I still do not have the insurance paperwork although I have spoken to Tesco Bank who advised it can take up to 5 days to send the paperwork through.

  • OK - so we have the 'date due payable' advice. So, having been well past the dates initially posted, I log in each day to find the 'estimated payment date' moved back each time. I log in 2 days later, and sure enough these dates are moved back 2 days.
The interface is hopeless, still can't get it right like TCB, which has a simple chart showing 'tracked, confirmed and payable'.

All we get on Quidco is a messy column of stuff which doesn't include any claims which have been confirmed but not yet paid in your total, tracked stuff for the wrong amount.

I just want to get my money out when payable and leave.

    Hi Shaftingham,

I'm sorry to hear that the estimated payment date of your purchase has moved, I can advise that these are only an estimate and will update as your purchase progresses as they reflect the average payment periods of the retailer.

If you can send in a message via our contact form here - https://www.quidco.com/support-contact-us/

Pop this one FAO of Emily, I can then look into this for you.

    Kind regards,
