I have also got a claim for Legal and General Home Insurance that was made back in August and Quidco admitted there was issues with transactions tracking via email, but this hasn't been updated since it was raised. Hopefully as Quidco advised this may happen hopefully this one is in hand.
Worrying as these were not insignificant amounts of money and influenced my choice when purchasing. Be interested if anyone else has had similar issues.
Hi Middi_2000,
I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues, if you can raise a support message on your account we can look into this further for you.

What has happened to this week's payment run ?
edit ...... I see it has gone this morning, late this week then
and ....
On 12th December I clicked through to Collect+, the offer, IIRC, had 3? days to run. The first 2 clicked through OK but the third failed to link to the retailer and they disappeared from your site. The first 2 failed to track, what happened to them ? I tried clicking through TCB as well and that failed so did Collect+ pull the offer at short notice ?0 -

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with your purchases from Collect Plus. I can advise that this retailer has asked to be removed from our site for the time being, we do not yet know when, or if, they will return. However please keep popping and checking back as we are hoping that they may decide to come back to us.
Please be assured that your cashback has not been sent late, we have instead changed the day that we send out your cashback on automatic payments. The automatic payment runs now go out on a Thursday and you should see the cashback credit your registered bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
Should you wish you can change to the new system of payment via your settings page. This new system allows you to request a payment as soon as you have over £1.00 of confirmed cashback, once you have selected 'Pay Now' on your homepage, this cashback will credit your registered bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
I hope that this has clarified things for you.

I wait 4 months for my £40 claim on RSA echoice only to get the message below, to make it worse I only made one visit and did clear cookies as recommended.Hi,
Thank you for coming back to me. In this case I'm afraid it means that the retailer could not trace this order back to your Quidco account. When this happens it generally means that the referral commission that we would usually receive from the retailer, and pass onto you as cashback, has been paid to another referrer.
To explain further (and apologies if this seems a little technical) cashback is actually a ‘referral commission’ that Quidco receives from the retailer, for directing you to make your purchase through them. When you shop through Quidco, a browser cookie (a small piece of data on your browser) is recorded, and this shows the retailer that you visited them via Quidco. Sometimes, if you do not clear your cookies prior to purchase, you will have other cookies for different referrers on your browser, for example other cashback sites, search engines, comparison sites, to name but a few.
This means that on occasion, the retailer cannot identify exactly which referrer you made your purchase through, and will pay the commission to someone else other than Quidco. This is why we recommend clearing your cookies before making your purchase, to ensure that there are no other referrers for the retailer to pay the referral commission to. If you are at all unsure how to clear your browser cookies, do let us know and we can assist further, as this is something we'd recommend to do for any future purchases.
Regrettably once this has happened, we won't receive the commission to then pass on to you in the form of cashback..0 -
Rose,
Just wondering really. You have the retailer "Jackpot247" on your site offering £50 cashback to new players who deposit and wager £20 within 30 days.
I did this 10 days ago and wagered the £20 within 10 minutes of signing up.
It tracked at £30 pounds - not the promised £50.
Obviously I immediately raised a claim for the remaining £20, but i'm just wondering - how is this not a simple fix ?. Does the retailer have to be contacted to check i met the conditions of the offer before anything can be done ?0 -

Hi Jason,
I'm sorry to hear that this tracked at a lower amount than you were expecting.
Don't worry though as, occasionally, this can happen, which is why we offer the facility to raise a claim for the missing amount. As long as you met all the T&Cs listed on Jackpot247's Quidco page then there should be no problem with you getting the full £50 cashback you were expecting.
I hope this has reassured you

I seem to be getting about 2 a week.0 -
I get them quite frequently but I rarely get an email alert so I visit the site and look that way.

Hi
I needed some help and been using TCB for some time and switched to Quidco. i brought 2 Vodafone contracts 1 on the 29/01/2014 and 1 on the 30/01/2014. got the first one and activated it and the second one will be delivered tomorrow.
both of them have not tracked and i did clear all the cookies and temp files etc twice and restatered the computer also. before going directly to Quidco then selected the option from quidco to which deal and tariff i wanted from the menu system and them went to Vodafone and brought the deals.
is there a way to find out if Quidco will pay out if i put a missing claim in?
also why did it happen?
as this is the same i do when i buy via TCB and never missed a tracking before.0
