    a Santander 123 Current Account was opened earlier in the year (June i think) & it's been used ever since.

    Still showing as tracking.

    How long is this going to take to pay up?

    I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    Cashback from Santander does take several months to be paid as they want to make sure you have the account for a few months before paying out. However, this does sound slightly delayed, could you ask your sister to contact us about this please?

    As a premium member paying I am paying an annual fee for additional services ie. live chat and a call back facility.

    However, frequently these services are not available, now for example. Why are they often not available ? Why am I paying for a service which doesn't appear to be given ?

    I have just had a correctly purchased clicksnap product declined incorrectly by your system/human checker.
    I am being directed to send a standard support message by your system which obviously takes a lot longer and is usually for standard members who don't pay the premium.

    We are sorry for our recent outage with our live chat facility. We did have a few technical faults with our live chat which resulted in us being unable to operate it.

    These issues have been resolved though and they should be available to you as advertised.

    We do take pride in the fact we have a wide range of methods to communicate with Quidco with our 7 hour turnaround time, chat and callback being offered to Premium customers. Unfortunately circumstances got in the way of us recently!

    Could you possible have a look at a claim I have outstanding please?

    A claim was raised with Bet Voyager on October the 6th and since then i've heard nothing at all - no updates of any description. I've always suspected i'd have a problem with it due to the way the deposits were taken and bets were made but i'd certainly appreciate an update - thanks.

    I have posted my original support question, and the reply today and my response, as of yet unanswered. This needs looking into as clearly there is something untoward here. I deposited and played £20 at Jackpot247 for £50 CB and this happens -

    Only just discovered this thread.
    I completed a purchase via Quidco, but the retailer refused the cash back, claiming I had gone via some other 'referrer' and they had paid the cash back to them.
    But I do not use anything but Quidco...... so how can I find out where the cash back has gone to?

    I've had £100 from Browns track into my account. I was waiting for £100 for EE broadband. Does anyone know if Browns, is EE?

    I'm sorry to hear that your cashback was declined.

    Cashback is actually a ‘referral commission’ that Quidco receives from the retailer, for directing you to make your purchase through them. When you shop through Quidco, a browser cookie (a small piece of data on your browser) is recorded, and this shows the retailer that you visited them via Quidco. Sometimes, if you do not clear your cookies prior to purchase, you will have other cookies for different referrers on your browser if you have shopped around, for example other cashback sites, search engines, comparison sites, and voucher sites, to name but a few, that can mean that your purchase can't be clearly traced back to Quidco.

    We'd be happy to take a look into this claim for you though, to see if there's anything we can do. Please could you send us a support message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    The staff must be still hung over

    Time to say goodbye to Quidco, customer service has gone rubbish, and the cashback rates are always beaten by Topcashback who has decent customer service, the only thing which kept me as a member was the mobile app, but even that is buggly to be unusable
