I'm happy this evening, the £70 cash back for my car insurance has changed to confirmed :)

I wasn't expecting it so soon (purchased late September)

    Hi Kite2010

Please be assured that this will be sent out to you in the next available payment run.

Totally agree with you there. Do you know that if you book a holiday on the RIU site and the price comes down you can ring them and get them to adjust the price for you. So I guess I will get my cash back one way or another. My 2nd option is to cancel the RIU holiday Riu reservations booked in RIU class and re-book using Quidco again however the same may happen and RIU reject it again.

    Hi hildibobs

I am sorry to hear to that you are having this issue.

Please be assured that if you have any issues with not recieving cashback then please get in touch with our Customer Support Team.

They will do everything that they can to assist you in chasing the retailer for the outstanding payment.

can anyone clarify something about the xmas bonus offer - do all 5 retailers have to be from the same percentage group or can the 5 be from any across the range?

cant seem to find any answer about this from anywhere.

    thanks

    Hi yeslek

You can purchase across all of the retailers when unlocking the bonus :)

    Hello.

I have had almost £70 sitting on my Quidco account here for MONTHS. I no longer live in the UK and don't have a bank account there. When I did live there I only used the paypal option which wasn't an issue but then the *cash back* I was due kept getting held up which then all of a sudden gave me one huge sum. Now there has got to be some way you can help me as I dont think its fare then I have almost £70 sitting there for so long without being able to cash it out without a bank account! I am a member with other cash back sites in te US, Norway etc where they pay out with paypal with ANY amount...

    Please HELP!! :(
:D *If you like the advice I give...let me know by clicking the THANKS button* :D

    Hi Nordictat2,

I have some good news! We have recently lifted that £25 limit on the Paypal method. So your payment should be getting sent out to you in our next available payment run.

Please do be aware though, if you have purchased from any retailers who require that you have BACS as your payment, those will not be paid out to you. You can find out if a retailer requires you have BACS as a payment method in their terms and conditions on Quidco.

    Thanks :D

Well that is great news :T but when I checked my account (earlier today) it still said "
Maximum of £25 per payment. For your security, cashback is not available through some retailers when using PayPal" so when did this come into effect because I was told the following by someone named Samantha today:

"I am very sorry, however at the moment, we are unable to send you this if you do not have access to a UK bank account.

We are looking to remove the limit on paypal, however at the moment, we don't have a definite timescale for this"

So do you know something she doesn't or????

    Hi Nordictat2,

Removing that paypal limit is always something we've been continuously looking into, however at the moment there are certain factors in place which means we can't send send payments out through Paypal with certain retailers. For example insurance providers where they require your payment method to be BACS.

If you'd like to send us in another support message, FAO EMMA, I can take a look at your account and advise you further from there.

I look forward to hearing from you.

In regards to the Christmas bonus promo, I've unlocked all 5 retailers, I assume if I shop from a 6th retailer on the list it won't count towards the bonus?

    Hi Kite2010,

I can advise that you would need to make 5 purchases from 5 different participating retailers in order for the bonus to be unlocked and payable to you.

You will then earn a bonus cashback on all purchases made at participating retailers within the bonus period. These retailers can be identified on the Bonus homepage, or by a bonus present icon on the retailers listings, and retailer page.

Your bonus homepage is here - http://www.quidco.com/christmas/bonuses/

I hope that this clarifies things for you.

So I guess since I've got 5 retailers unlocked (and showing on the homepage as "congrats you've made it"), shopping from a 6th on that list won't be included in the bonus pay?

I just wanted to know what is happening to this. I have had a smooth run with Quidco for last 16 months, but surely this should be resolved after over 4 months? Last time I posted here it was 'Rosie' who helped, don't know if she's around still but anyone helpful will do!

    Cheers!
