I have had my cash back declined as they have no record of my purchase but it is there to plainly see in my account section. I think it is time to join TCB
Hi Vivmagb,
I am really sorry to hear that your cashback has declined.
I would suggest that you get in touch with Customer Support, and they will be able to assist you further with this issue as they will have more information about the reasons behind the decline ect.
I really hope that you get this resolved.
Many Thanks

I am having huge issues with Quidco - they keep telling me they have paid me funds which is not hitting my Bank account - I did a Post Office credit card which earned me £26.50. They now tell me that the monies will have 'bounced back' and it will take another 30 days - even if a wrong account number is input, it bounces back in three days via BACs. I have had my Bank account many years, it has my wages go in and I check it every days - they are blaming issues with the bank account yet haven't confirmed what account they sent it to. I just seem to going around in circles - despite comments on here - it certainly doesn't seem like the customer is top priority!
I also got a travel policy in summer which they say will take 6 months for the £8 reward to come through. To be honest it is more hassle than its worth
Hi Pigby,
I am sorry to hear that you have not recieved your cashback.
For obvious data protection reasons we would not be able to inform you of the bank account we have sent your payment to. However, if you get in touch with customer Support and confirm your sort code and account number then we will be able to inform you if they are the details that you have provided us with.
We do say that it can take around 30 days for a payment to bounce back and be re-sent. This takes in to consideration all different types of bank accounts and building societies.
However as soon as we have the payment we will automatically send it back to your updated bank details.
In regards to your travel policy payment speeds. Some retailers have longer payment speeds as they are based on validation periods and the amendment and returns policies.
As soon as your cashback is confirmed it does get sent out automatically to your nominated bank details.
If you do have any issues you can contact our great customer support team, who would be happy to assist you.
Many Thanks

What's going on with the new Quidco app for iPhone? Either it's awful or i haven't sussed it out yet.
With the old app, you could select to view check ins ONLY & no offers.
Now, i can't find a way to split it. You view check ins AND offers, so you need to keep scrolling to find all the check ins.
Is there a way to view check ins only? If not then this really needs to be put in with the next update.0 -
The app is very colourful compared to the old version0

Hi JustAnotherSaver
When on the new mobile App you click on 'Nearby deals' and you can then see everything that is available to you at that time wherever you are.
Most retailers are now concentrating on getting more in-store offers then offering the check-in cashback.
This is so members can find great deals when shopping and getting cashback on the high street, the cashback offered will usually be alot more than the check in cashback.
Keep your eye out for all the great in-store deals that will be coming up
Thanks

Hi - I am about to purchase car insurance and want to obtain cash back on the purchase if possible....
My best quote is by Direct Line, however, their reviews as far as cashback is concerned appear to be very poor with a lot of people having been refused their cashback - why would this be? I would like to accept the quote via quidco as with the cashback too it is a very good price but if the cashback is unlikely to materialise, my better price would be via a different insurer... help?0 -

Also, what you say in a way is correct, but also debatable. If i decide i don't want to buy anything in that store (or don't need to) then the check in is more money, even if it's just 5p. A shop could offer 100% cashback, but if i'm spending no money in the store then it may as well be 0%.
It looks like the stores or Quidco are phasing out the check ins. Good while they lasted. At least the wife will be happy we no longer have to check in at various places any more.0
