What has happened to in store check-ins for 5/10p? They seem to have dried up...have you stopped doing them. Used to see quite a few, now it's a rarity to see one.
EDIT. Have now read back and found the answer...looks like check-ins are a thing of the past...shame! The new app and the nearby deals are not a patch on the old system. Because the deals are very graphic orientated it takes a long time to scroll through them, a simple text list would be sooo much quicker, easier and show far more than the current way.
Must also say that the forthcoming update to the website and the homepage are a big step backwards. Using mainly unorthodox symbology to replace actual written words and again the emphasis on glaring graphics make it so much more difficult to find things than in the current format. I'm not adverse to change, but change for changes sake without giving any benefit to the end user is rather pointless. The new front page also doesn't contain any quick link to current Clicksnap offers.0 -

Stores probably got fed up with people checking in at 5p/10p a time and getting nothing in return from the 'serial check-ins" users. Out of the many stores I checked in at, very rarely did I actually go into the store.
Offering 3% instore cashback is probably better for them as it gets people into the store to buy something before giving the money back.0 -
So I guess since I've got 5 retailers unlocked (and showing on the homepage as "congrats you've made it"), shopping from a 6th on that list won't be included in the bonus pay?

Once you have unlocked the Christmas bonus any more purchases you make from the list of selected retailers between now and midnight on Christmas Eve will be included in your total bonus pay

I just wanted to know what is happening to this. I have had a smooth run with Quidco for last 16 months, but surely this should be resolved after over 4 months? Last time I posted here it was 'Rosie' who helped, don't know if she's around still but anyone helpful will do!

As a premium member paying I am paying an annual fee for additional services ie. live chat and a call back facility.
However, frequently these services are not available, now for example. Why are they often not available ? Why am I paying for a service which doesn't appear to be given ?
I have just had a correctly purchased clicksnap product declined incorrectly by your system/human checker.
I am being directed to send a standard support message by your system which obviously takes a lot longer and is usually for standard members who don't pay the premium.0 -

A claim was raised with Bet Voyager on October the 6th and since then i've heard nothing at all - no updates of any description. I've always suspected i'd have a problem with it due to the way the deposits were taken and bets were made but i'd certainly appreciate an update - thanks.0 -

Right, I have had a tracked confirmation today Dec.9 for BENSONS at £30 - however today I joined jackpot247 and deposited £20 for a £50 cashback offer. To confuse things further, I have an outstanding claim for £30 from Metroplay dating back 5 months.
So, is my £30 from BENSONS today as a result of my old Metroplay claim for £30, or is it Jackpot 247 (£50) wrongly tracked at £30???
Totally confused.

Your Metroplay claim is currently with the retailer and we are chasing them to get this confirmed by them as the claim has now been running for just over 4 months.
As soon as they confirm this we will be able to get this paid over to you.
You can raise a claim for the Jackpot247 cashback HERE and then we can track this into your account manually.
The Bensons tracking is strange as this retailer was removed from Quidco back in March. I will have this declined in your account to stop the tracking.

Look this is silly. I have enclosed the thread with this comment so you know what this refers to as I'm not happy. I CANNOT raise a Jackpot247 claim with the link you provided in the reply as your system says 'no record of a click through to jackpot247' BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS - BENSONS which you state you haven't had since March 2013 does come up with click-thru info at the same time that I visited jackpot247 and has tracked 30 pounds. Something is wrong here, as when I purchased at J247 your box came up saying 'your visit has been recorded'.!! This suggests that Bensons (who I have NEVER used as far as I know?) have hijacked the Jackpot247 link or the affiliates have or there is a bad error here. I can provide my jackpot247 account details, the deposit receipt number and time of deposit for you. I don't want to lose 50 pounds because of an error or scam, PLEASE can Quidco take this seriously and look into it. Something is badly wrong.

So, how do you explain a clickthrough to Jackpot247 is not recorded, but one for 'Bensons' (whoever they are) is recorded on my account at the same time your pop-up box confirmed tracking my visit to J247 as I did it? ESPECIALLY since your rep states you haven't had 'Bensons' since March! Something very sniffy is occurring here. I should not have £30 'Bensons' but £50 J247.

It's a shame - last time I was on this thread Quidco had 'Julie and Rosie' who would visit daily and actually help. Now you just get ignored or a vague response days later.
I HAVE been getting replies from support via my account but they are addressing irrelevant issues I haven't raised or simply not reading my query thoroughly and not answering my questions or all three.
I want to know how on earth I can do a transaction for one site, then get a track for another site that was supposedly taken off of Quidco 8 months previous??
