Has anyone had issues with Tesco Bank Car Insurance cash back. I got a quote, went back a few days later to find that Tesco Bank was not active. Quidco advised it had been taken down. I bought the insurance on the quote number issued at £322 but my quote visit has not tracked. I have spoken to Quidco and raised a ticket. I still do not have the insurance paperwork although I have spoken to Tesco Bank who advised it can take up to 5 days to send the paperwork through.
I went via Quidco for my Tesco Bank Car Insurance, the purchase (end of January) didnt track, I raised a ticket and have since had an email from Quidco saying the claim has been declined - on the same day as my first payment left bank. I also have yet to recieve any paperwork for my insurance.
I noticed lots of negative feedback this week on Quidco for this insurer (which seems to have disappeared??) so looks like there maybe issues with tracking anyway.Smoke free since 16th December 20120 -
I just signed up to Quidco, and tried to do my first purchase (car insurance). I registered the purchase on Quidco, but the website wouldnt work at the time, so i went back to complete the purchase later, but not through Quidco directly
Will the cashback still register? or do i have to make sure i go via the quidco website at the time of purchasing?0 -

I'm sorry to hear that your claim was declined. You should have been sent a message explaining the reasons why this was declined but if you would like us to explain things in a little more detail please send us a support message from your account and one of our customer service team will get back to you.I just signed up to Quidco, and tried to do my first purchase (car insurance). You do need to click through Quidco and make your purchase all in one go in order to be eligible for the cashback, I'm afraid. Has this purchase tracked in to your account yet? If not then you can still raise a claim for it and we will do all we can to try to get it for you, but please do be aware that there is a chance that this will be declined.

No its not showing, but I only did it this morning and the claim form says to wait at least a day? So i will wait and see, if not ill try a manual claim. Thanks for the swift reply0 -
Hello Emily or Rose.
I've just been notified that my T-Mobile cashback claim has been declined. I've tried to raise a claim to find out why but none of the subsequent deals correspond to the deal i originally took out last year.
I was originally given an estimated payment date of early feb (i think) that came and went without incident, rather unsurprisingly.
Could you please advise how I can find out why this was declined ?

Ok, Rose, I struggled to navigate my way around to site as i tried to find a way of sending a simple message to you but couldn't actually find one so the message I sent couldn't actually be directly addressed to you.
I got a generic cut and paste response from "Oliver" (Twice) that doesn't solve the issue so If you could maybe supply me with a direct link that i can use to contact you i'd be grateful - thanks.0 -

I've never used quidco before, and my very first purchase didn't track. I'm about to submit a ticket thingy, but I used a discount code. Am I supposed to put the full amount or the amount paid with the discount code applied?
And how am I supposed to minus the VAT when it was already included? And am I supposed to minus the Vat from the full amount or the discounted amount?
I'm confused0
