    As with the issues that others have been facing, I'm going to pass this onto the tech team, because there shouldn't be an issue with accessing the site. Do you find that you are unable to access it for a long time? or when you refresh does it allow you on?

    Also, which browser are you using?

    It sometimes let me on when I refresh the page. I am using explorer on more than one computer and have problem accessing with both.

    I've just signed up to Quidco opinions and completed my profile. There are 4 surveys showing up as available, but I don't seem to be able to access them! There is no clickable button or link anywhere, just a big picture, and underneath the name of the survey with duration, expiry date and reward details.
    Is it just me, or is there something wrong with the site?

  • I have a payment due from QUIDCO which was estimated early this month.

    It is now showing estimated 11 Jul 13!

    I have sent them a message asking what is going on.

    They have not replied.

    Any ideas?
    I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!

    Still can't log into site. Finally got the site to load but when I tried to sign in after about two minutes of waiting I got the 'Hang in there' message. Made another large order with Asda the other day and again couldn't go through your site!

    This evening I have the following listed as available to check-in within 25 miles:
    Staples, Maplin, Toys R Us, Furtiture Village, Mamas & Papas, Gap & Two Seasons

    Based on the past couple weeks, I'm going to put 5p on come later in the week they would have disappeared again (which would be annoying as I'm in London on Saturday), which leads me to think that the retailers have a set amount of money for weekly check-ins and once it's gone for the week, the retailers disappear until the next week.


    To November2, other cashback sites are available so you can still get cashback.

    The retailers can choose to remove themselves from the check in process and this does happen quite often. But they usually return after a couple of weeks. Unfortunately I couldn't say whether this is due to a budget or not, I'm not privy to that sort of information.

    That was now a month ago and both still just say 'tracked'. What does this mean please and how long will it take to get the cashback?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to deal with individual queries over this forum. With hotels.com, it can take up to 8-12 weeks for your purchase to confirm after you have completed your stay. If your purchases are looking delayed, do get in touch with our customer support and we can advise you from there :)
