    Same for me, no Check-Ins within 20 miles of Manchester.

    Seems to have fixed itself when I checked this afternoon :)

    Hi all,

    So I have been having a word with the tech team and it seems as thought they are doing some maintenance on our site, but it's not every day and it's sporadically throughout those day, so not sure what's causing the issue with logging in. I'm going to pass these comments back to them though and see if there's anything that they can do.

    As for the check ins, to refer to an earlier post, we have been adjusting these, removing a few retailers and adding a couple more, so it may be that the retailers you want to check into no longer offer that service, I'm sorry about that.

    @tali Claims with Aviva can take up to 6 months to process from the date you raised the claim, but if you notice that it's over that, just give us a shout and we'll investigate for you.

    @Bernie There were a few issues with L&G a couple of days ago, but these have now been fixed. If you can't see your claim or would like more information on the progress of it, just give the support team a shout, I'm afraid I don't have access to your account via MSE.

    On Monday morning I had a quick look to see what the new offers were and I am positive that both the 4pt milk and Napolina tomatoes were a "redeem 2 times" offer. After buying 2 of each and going to upload the receipts I found it stated only 1 redemption each. Was it my imagination or did the offer change during the morning ?

    I've had a look and I can't see any signs that the offer was changed. Maybe you got this confused with another promotion? Don't worry, I do it all the time!

    As with the issues that others have been facing, I'm going to pass this onto the tech team, because there shouldn't be an issue with accessing the site. Do you find that you are unable to access it for a long time? or when you refresh does it allow you on?

    Also, which browser are you using?

  • I've just signed up to Quidco opinions and completed my profile. There are 4 surveys showing up as available, but I don't seem to be able to access them! There is no clickable button or link anywhere, just a big picture, and underneath the name of the survey with duration, expiry date and reward details.
    Is it just me, or is there something wrong with the site?
    I don't think I can hang on til Friday...
