The now consistently erratic behaviour of the website suggests to me that the company might soon go tits-up?

    Hi armyknife,

It seems as though a few people are having trouble accessing the site at times, I've reported this to the tech team and they are looking in to it, but you really do not have to worry about us going under, there's certainly no sign of that, We're even getting close to 4 million members!

    Thanks,

    Leanne :)

This evening I have the following listed as available to check-in within 25 miles:
Staples, Maplin, Toys R Us, Furtiture Village, Mamas & Papas, Gap & Two Seasons

Based on the past couple weeks, I'm going to put 5p on come later in the week they would have disappeared again (which would be annoying as I'm in London on Saturday), which leads me to think that the retailers have a set amount of money for weekly check-ins and once it's gone for the week, the retailers disappear until the next week.

    .

And tonight that list has reduced to Staples, Maplin & Toys R Us, the other 4 stores have all disappeared (10p on them reappearing on Monday).

At least my £5 fee has been paid for :)

(and another musicmagpie cashback is declined, I wonder if this will be the 7th successful cashback claim in a row)

    Hi ym_21,

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused here. We have had to temporarily disable the links to the retailer as we have been made aware of some tracking problems. Our team are working hard to get the matter resolved soon.

I can advise you to 'follow the retailer' for an email update when the links are back up and running again.

    Thanks,

    Emma :)

Purchased car insurance via Lloyds on the 2nd March, any ideas when the £50 cashback might be paid?

The date keep moving back and back every couple weeks.

  • I have just tried to buy a motor policy from Aviva through Quidco to take advantage of their £80 cashback offer. I failed because Aviva's computer could not find the registration of my car! If you have to enter the number manually, as I did, they are unable to complete the transaction online so it cannot be tracked.

Aviva advise that private numbers or numbers that have been changed have to be entered manually. Mine is neither and I have had the car since new in 1996.

    Be warned.

    Hi DexternDoid

I'm sorry to see the issues you have had. If you can email me at social@aviva.co.uk with your

    Full name
    Date of birth
    Post code
    Quote number

and details of the correct registration make and model of the car I can look into this for you and hopefully resolve the issue. If you could also include your MSE username so I can link your email to this post, it would really help.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards

    Dave

i strongly urge anyone considering the BetVoyager Casino offer to steer well clear. New Customers, who can only qualify for the cashback offer, are only offered a number of different withdrawal methods - none of which are Paypal or Debit Cards.

You're offered click2pay, ECO, Skrill, Neteller and Webmoney. I've spent most of the day trying to get a Skrill account verified for withdrawals and it's still not properly verified. I tried to set up a Webmoney account to withdraw to, and BetVoyager tell me I have to withdraw to Skrill first.

It's also a nightmare trying to get through to their support department as well. I made a tiny bit of profit over the initial deposit, but it looks like this will be eaten up in withdrawal fees.

It had better bloody track !!!!!

    I fancy a moan.

Cleared cookies and used a different web browser to book a holiday with Thomas Cook. Entered via the Quidco link, think I got the "Your purchase has been logged" message, at the end, but can't remember.

Transaction didn't track and got a "You didn't complete your purchase" email from Quidco a few days later.

Logged a ticket a few days later and after three months I've had a decline.

I don't think there's much Quidco can do about it, but I'd love to know who that £102 was paid to.

Still, Thomas Cook has lost a customer. I'll go elsewhere in future. Going to email them to tell them that too.
