@my definition – I’m sorry to hear that, although it sounds as though the appropriate department is already looking into this. Can I ask you to raise this as a complaint so I can take a look as to what is happening, please?
Many thanks,

Has anyone else had any issues with getting cashback from Hastings Direct Car Insurance?
I bought my policy in March, paid in full. It was due to start on 1st April and I did carefully read the info which said that the policy would need to be active for 3 full months before cashback would be paid. Ok so, even if I said I won't count April, that means May/June/July and we are not well over half way through september and it is still showing as tracked, not confirmed.
I see Hastings Direct are labelled as a fasterpayer transaction but seems that isn't a case! When I try to click through to raise a query I just get the standard 'we are sorry but we are looking into it for you' message, and it's been like that for over a month.
Help?!

Hello,
I recently ordered Virgin Media through Quidco using Google Chrome. It hasn't tracked and when I go to raise the claim it doesnt come up with the date and time that I went through quidco at all so I can't select the correct one.
Is there any way that this can be investigated? I have read about purchases not being tracked on certain browsers and I wondered if when this happens you still can raise the claim somehow or you have to give up?

Surely if you can afford an iphone 5 then cashback can't really be that much of an issue can it?
Not that it's relevant, but I am using an old iPhone 3GS and the Quidco app. Other retailers include M & S and most of the mobile phone companies that don't support cashback using an iPhone/iPad.0 -
I'm so disappointed & wonder if you can help me please? I took out a month's trial with Check my File back in May and although it tracked, I've been waiting for it to change to Confirmed. I looked at my Activity today and it says it has been declined.
Looking at the Terms & Conditions for Check my File, it now says:
Customers need to pay the first 2 months – after the free 30 days – in order to be eligible for cashback.
I read the T & C's through before I took out the monthly trial and it DEFINITELY didn't say this in May & I didn't pay for the first 2 months after the 30 days.
That is so unfair and I don't know whether to be cross with Check my File or Quidco
Can you help please Quidco rep?Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
I feel completely let down by Quidco on my first purchase. I bought Sky+HD on the strength of the Quidco cashback deal and would not have purchased it without it. However, after the purchase on 14 Jul 12, no activity showed up (it said it could some time to show up!). Now I'm chasing it, I'm told by Quidco there is a 7 week limit on the cash back claim and I can no longer resolve the issue. This is the first I've heard of a claim time limit.
It's seems I've been cheated out of this deal by Quidco, using a great incentive to make me purchase the deal and then not fulfilling their side of the bargain.

You would have thought my case would be a no-brainer, instead ive been given a 6 month run around. Quidco you are pathetic.SpiderMonkey wrote: »Ive been advised to post my query here.
I feel like Quidco are deceitfully doing me out of cashback and I don’t know what to do. Normally I would just give up at this stage but in this instance it has really annoyed me.
In March I placed an order for Sky through the cashback website Quidco. The cashback amount offered was advertised as £100.
A few days later I contacted Quidco as I was concerned the order had not ‘tracked’. Quidco advised they would need to wait 19 days before informing Sky of my claim.
Sky later denied this claim, when I challenged this with Quidco they said they would ask Sky to reconsider given the evidence I had provided. However this week Quidco have sent me an email, declining my claim for any cashback without providing a reason. All this despite me providing screenshots of every stage of my order, beginning from Quidco’s website showing the cashback offer, all the way through to Sky’s order confirmation.
Given that I purchased the Sky package after factoring in the cashback amount I really do feel cheated, and given that I documented my complete order I think it is obvious that at least one party is acting dishonest. Is there really anything I can do at this point?0 -
I've used Quidco for years and really benefited from it. Now though, I've noticed for the past month or so that purchases haven't tracked at all.
I think that the settings on Google Chrome hay have something to do with it. I've tried the suggestions on Quidco to do with cookies, but nothing has so worked so far. I really don't know what else to try and I'm getting to the point where I'll just abandon Quidco for another site- which would be a shame.
Has anyone any tips or suggestions I could try? Oh, and I'm also using Norton and (I've just remembered!) I recently added Adblock. Could either of these be the issue?0 -
Hi, hopefully someone can help me.
I purchased a sim only contract from Vodafone using a link from Quidco's website.
I received a tracking confirmation email from Quidco but then the cashback was decline. I tried contacting the quidco support but they just told me that they had spoken to Vodafone and that unfortunately they will not be paying me the cashback.
No one has given me a satisfactory answer as to what has happened and why I can't have my cash back.
Any help would be most appreciated.
