    Hello!

I made my first purchase with Quidco about a week ago - I bought an iphone through Three and should be getting £75 cashback from Quidco.

It's showing as tracked in my account, but nothing else. How long should I wait for it to actually get paid? I don't want to miss any sort of window for chasing it up.

Thought i would update you all and publicly say that i understand now why there are so many complaints about quidco and why i dont plan on using them again.

I know it seems like a small amount of money, but i'd consider a small claims action. If I had a similar level of proof that you have, I think i'd certainly consider it purely for the principle.

For my own part, I'm stunned to find that one of my Sky claims has been approved and is due in the next payment run !!. Quidco aren't completely off the hook though as i'm still waiting for the £25 quid one to clear as well.
  • I purchased Sky TV back in August and have been checking my account since to see it still hasn't been tracked. I also had to change my installation date and when I called sky I specifically asked "will this affect my quidco cashback as I booked through them" they assured me it wouldn't.

Tried to raise a cashback claim today as it still wasn't tracked and they are now telling me it's too late.

On another claim they tell me I just need to wait it out as some vendors take time.

Not accepting that as I'm due £145. Who can I escalate this too?

I signed up to this site quite sometime ago but just got around to using it. It says payments can be made by BACS to your account or PayPal but I do not/can not see the PayPal option?

    Good Afternoon!

@washable - Sorry to hear that, it sounds like these are delayed and we will need to chase those up for you! Please could I ask you to raise a ticket on the following link which we allow us to do so.

@littlewren - Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, we will need your customer number to give us the best chance of being able to process your claim. However, you should be able to contact the retailer for this as they should have it on their system. In regards to your daughters payment, don't worry as it is probably just the admin fee! Sometimes we will take larger amounts (not neccessarily centered around £5) as it depends how much is processed in the payment run. I hope that helps :).

@joelc - That sounds strange as we normally don't receive reply's from the retailer that quickly. Could you confirm your user ID either on here or a private message so I can check that for you?

@mydefinition - Unfortuantely, we have challenged the retailer and they have confirmed that you didn't meet the terms & conditions for the sale. Please be assured that we don't gain anything from cashback being declined and we do share your disappointment. I apologise that we cannot help you further.

@bayblue- Not a problem, I'm glad that I could help. Some browsers do affect tracking for certain customers so if you find that google chrome seems to work for you then maybe just use this browser for Quidco.

@beingjdc - Welcome to Quidco! I am sorry that you had this problem - did you manage to make the purchase? It seems strange that you were unable to purchase this before the offer expired.

@TillyMFWin6YRS - I'm really sorry to hear that as it's the last thing we want. If you have any queries regarding yours or your husbands cashback please send us a ticket on the following link and we will be happy to sort this out for you.

@HKitten - Welcome to Quidco :). It should take around 4 weeks for you to receive this cashback into your BACS or PayPal account. I hope that helps!

@silky10 - Normally if something doesn't track, you would have to raise a claim up to 7 weeks after the transaction date. However, if you raise a ticket on the following link we should be able to help.

@Meadows - You should be able to select PayPal in the following link. Have you ever selected BACS as your payment option? Or is this the first time you are registering any payment details?

    Many Thanks,

    Rosie

I'm a bit annoyed about the quidco app update...

I went out today and went to use it on my iPhone, but it said the current version was no longer supported and I needed to update it.

So as I was out and not by my computer I went to do the update directly onto my phone, which I don't normally do and so I had to sign in to iTunes, but I hadn't got my password with me so I had to reset it.

And then when I did get the update to the Quidco app, it didn't retain my account details from before and so I had to re-enter them, but I couldn't remember those either (I have maybe 100 accounts on the go, so I don't keep them all in my head).

So in the end I had to faff around and ended up not being able to use the app today.

It's obviously not the end of the world, but as I say, a bit annoying.

It would be good if the next update could be a bit better managed...
  • Hi Quidco rep, I would email you through the contact page on your website only it's impossible as I just get a 'quick answer' which is no good to me.

I have a tracked £35 cashback from Tesco from 6th July which has not been confirmed yet and it's starting to annoy me a bit - the quick answer says I have to wait 3 months before i can email you except it's been more than 3 months now and I still can't email. Please advise on this.

Quidco newby here, just signed up but struggeling with it a little bit.

So my misses wants this dressing table from ebay (item: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300775384671?_trksid=p5197.c0.m619) which is listed under "Home, Furniture & DIY > Furniture > Dressing Tables".

I want to buy that via quidco, so i've followed the instruction, deleting my cookies and flash cookies, loged into quidco and followed the link that says 30% on Ebay home and garden, and followed to link from quidco to ebay however i then can't find the item.

It is however in my watched items. Can i just open my watched items and buy it from there, or do i need to stick to that other link from quidco ?

And when you buy something, do you see anything on the actual ebay site about it going via quidco ?
