    @bignred05 – As this is only a trial we don’t unfortunately offer have a process in place for this just yet. However can I ask you to please go to our help section, and select ‘Retailer Offers’, we’ll then be able to check why this was declined for you.

    Just to Clarify, this was a Quidco email promotion that you(Quidco) sent me requesting a receipt from a leading supermarket ( I sent one from Tesco)

    I have looked on your help section, but can't seem to find a Retailers offers section, however I can enter the details in my Quidcare, the answer that comes up is under quick answer is

    Unfortunately, as advised on their page on our site, Quidco Receipt Bonus doesn't accept cashback claims, so we're unable find out why your cashback was declined on this occasion.

    We do monitor the tracking reliability of the programme used by this retailer to check that it is working properly for our customers.

  • I deposited money into a Gala bingo account several months ago when £25 cashback was offered. I deposited and played £10 and knew it would take months for me to get the cashback. That was in May and I have now had many conversations with both Gala and Quidco in order to confirm that I deposited the amount and then wagered it.

    In between my deposit and now Gala have also changed their website. Quidco initially declined my cashback and asked for screen shot of my deposit and how I spent it. I couldn't do that because they had revamped their website but I did manage to get an account of how I spent the money from Gala.

    Now many months later Quidco are still arguing with me about this claim and have changed their story many times. They are now going with a 'you put the £10 in but only spent £9.67 (or similar amount)' story. I have provided them with proof from Gala showing all the deposit was spent and my balance is £0.00 so it obviously has been spent. I am at the end of my tether with them. The members of staff have been rude to me and seem to be going out of their way to close the claim without making any effort.

    Has anyone had a similar experience and got through to them? I would have given up but its a lot of money and i think its their intention for me to give up so they dont have to pay up.

    Just noticed the Quidco representative had been on and wanted to post this again in the hope that it was just missed and not ignored. Would appreciate if the Quidco representative would get back to me about my problem.

    I have just taken out a contact with carphone warehouse - Cashback £50.

    As the delivery company they use is Yodel (either won't arrive, will be broken - or thrown over the gate) - i chose the in store delivery option. I often use this for Tesco, Asda, M&S etc - without an issues regarding cashback.

    Today i picked up my phone - only to return to a cashback refused email from Quidco.

    So my question is - how likely is it that this is because i picked up my phone. The suggestion seems to be i did not complete the order online. If this is the case, the phone is going back - as i have never heard anything so stupid.

    I would hate to use the phone and then let this company get away with ripping me off. So now my first ever smart phone is sat in its box - due to yet another cashback issue.

  • @aliavavodka – Don’t worry, as in-store purchases do usually take around 3 weeks to track in. Regarding the Ladbrokes Casino purchase, are you able to raise a support ticket via this link?


    unfortunately its from 2011, so it dosent show as a recently viewed page via your link.
    also the purchase from h samuels was at least 4 weeks ago, and isnt tracking.

    @margf – Currys do pay out on claims yes, their decline rate is actually very low. Can I ask you to contact the Quidcare Team by going to the help centre and selecting ‘I am unable to raise a claim’, and we can see if anything can be done. Can you clarify when your Aviva purchase was made, and whether this was a claim or transaction? If you have raised a support ticket then this should have been escalated.

    @gerturdeanna – Thanks for letting us know. If you tell them to go to the help centre, and select ‘I have a purchase that’s been returned/cancelled’, the team can look into this.

    @Stargazer – as the transaction is rather old now they may not accept any claims from us, but if you go to the help centre and selecting ‘I am unable to raise a claim’, we can see what we can do.

    @bignred05 – the link to the help section was in my reply, if you click on the link in ‘help section’ and then scroll down, you will come to Retailer Offers (just above ‘in-store’ purchases), you can then raise the support ticket.

    @my definition – I’m sorry to hear that, although it sounds as though the appropriate department is already looking into this. Can I ask you to raise this as a complaint so I can take a look as to what is happening, please?

    @techspec – I’ve spoken to our Administration Team and this shouldn’t cause your cashback to be declined at all, as it isn’t a cashback exclusion.

    @philgee – I have been chasing this up for some time now, and last I heard they had sent the vouchers out. If this is not the case, which it seems, I am very sorry. I think it may be best to draw a line under this now – would you be happy for us to add the £10 into your account as cashback, instead? Its not a voucher, but I think it’s as close as we’re going to get to a resolution.

    @aliavavodka – Transactions should still show up, no matter what date they are from (if they haven’t been paid). Can you confirm your Quidco User ID so I can check this for you? If you don’t want to post it on here, can you please send it to members@quidco.com, along with details of the issue.

    @dalek – Our payment runs take place every Thursday now.

    I ordered an iPhone 5 via Quidco a couple of days ago. We deliberately brought it early because of the cashback incentive, but it is not showing as tracked yet, which I understand can take a few days.
    When I looked in to it before ordering Quidco said I should make a note of the 8 digit transaction ID number starting with 1, because no claim can be made without it. While ordering I never saw an 8 digit transaction number. Where was it, and how do I get it in order to make a claim tomorrow (assuming it hasn't tracked by 5pm).

    Similar story to me. Bought yesterday, not tracked. Website says transactions with 3 are usually tracked within 6hrs and <1% take over 24hrs.

    Also as you say, it says to make a note of the 8 digit transaction ID. There was no such number. The only number was a 12 digit order reference number starting with 1.

    Am tempted to cancel the 3 phone on arrival unless this tracks
