@mrsd16 – When did you make the purchase? Hastings Direct are now a Faster Payer but this contract only began on 16th August, so if the purchase was made before then, you will be bound by the older payment times. Hastings did used to take around 6 months unfortunately.
@bham_guy – I’m sorry to hear this. The message you received does mean that you will be getting the payment from the sounds of it. Can you confirm your Quidco userID for me so I can see what’s going on here? If you do not want to post it on here can you send it to members@quidco.com, FAO Rosie.

Purchased via Quidco in February. Claim raised and still no progress - There is obviously an issue with Sky but Quidco have not been transparent. I have been promised that the claim is going to be "confirmed" soon in the next few weeks, only to find that nothing has happened. This has now happened quite a few times. Quidco is either hiding the truth or does not know what is happening and not bothering to find out by contacting sky.
Keep pressing. There is a problem between Quidco and Sky which I'm keeping an eye on because I'm perfectly willing to make a complaint to the ASA. They're apparently looking at a batch of claims that have been turned down at the moment so i'm waiting to see the outcome.0 -

hi, i also have a tracked and confirmed Ladbrookes casino, no amount from 1st march 2011.
also i used my registered card in H Samuels, a month ago which hasnt tracked.

Hi Rosie/jules, long time no speak!
Just a little question - I applied for and was approved for a Nationwide Credit Card via Quidco with 25 pounds CB on offer.
I clicked on 'go to retailer' your square box confirming tracking came up and I pressed 'apply now' button on the ensuing Nationwide application/info page. The application page had a yes/no checkbox to say if you were or were not already registered for Nationwide online banking, which I am, having a mortgage with them. SO I clicked 'yes' obviously and the original application page then forwarded me to my Nationwide Online banking Login and I had to apply through that.
Will this still get me my cashback?
I hope so as the Terms and Conditions don't mention you can't get cashback if you already have other Nationwide products aside from the credit card.
