    I had sent a reply on here on Friday but it seems to have disappeared, how strange! Sorry for the delay to your responses.

    @MorrisonsEmployee – Thanks very much for the feedback on this, it is very much appreciated!

    @caoimhin –Unfortunately the Faster Payment contract we have with retailers only started last week, so any transactions made before this time will be going through the normal payments process unfortunately.

    @vpb23 – Can you clarify why it could not be forwarded to Sky?

    @jasonwatkins – sorry I’ve missed all your messages on here – I had written a response asking that anyone who has had this issue write to our complaints address here, I was wondering why I wasn’t getting anything in there but this must explain it!

    For clarification, if anyone has experienced this issue with Sky, can you please raise this with me via our complaints procedure, and I will personally take a look into this for you.

    @Firefly – Sorry to hear of your delayed payments. Can you please raise a support ticket so this can be looked into.

    @laurylaury – Don’t worry, if you are having trouble raising the claim, can you please go to our help section and select ‘I am unable to raise a cashback claim’.

    @washable – Intercontinental Group are unfortunately not on the Faster Paying list at the moment, however the reason that you received this payment is that we are now running weekly payment runs! In regards to the incorrect amount, please see their terms and conditions regarding this.

    @fudgey1802 – The £100 rate is only for that specific phone on that tariff, the £50 cashback is for any other iPhone contract.

    @mobby-2554 – Sorry to hear that, can you please raise a support ticket regarding this and someone from the team will be able to check this for you.

    Can you chase these up for me, you told me Aviva would pay up in 6 months and Hastings in 8 months so payment should be now due. Can you investigate. You also said that I would be advised of progress but nothing to date.

    Ive been advised to post my query here.

    I feel like Quidco are deceitfully doing me out of cashback and I don’t know what to do. Normally I would just give up at this stage but in this instance it has really annoyed me.

    In March I placed an order for Sky through the cashback website Quidco. The cashback amount offered was advertised as £100.
    A few days later I contacted Quidco as I was concerned the order had not ‘tracked’. Quidco advised they would need to wait 19 days before informing Sky of my claim.

    Sky later denied this claim, when I challenged this with Quidco they said they would ask Sky to reconsider given the evidence I had provided. However this week Quidco have sent me an email, declining my claim for any cashback without providing a reason. All this despite me providing screenshots of every stage of my order, beginning from Quidco’s website showing the cashback offer, all the way through to Sky’s order confirmation.

    Given that I purchased the Sky package after factoring in the cashback amount I really do feel cheated, and given that I documented my complete order I think it is obvious that at least one party is acting dishonest. Is there really anything I can do at this point?

    Hi Rosie, just want to say thanks to Quidco for helping me stand my ground with Tesco Phone shop when they tried to wriggle out of paying cashback for one of our phone purchases, it's waiting to be paid now :D

    The purchase I made the month before that (april 4th, last updated June 2nd) with them hasn't been confirmed yet though, I think it's still within the estimated time though so do you think I need to raise a ticket or just leave it a bit longer? Thanks again.

    Got to say Quidco's becoming a bit of a nightmare for me recently. Yesterday I raised a query on a non tracking item, now the Quidcare support raise a claim, won't accept my DOB, or any DOB for that matter!

    I had the same message from Jamie a few days ago and have just received this email...
    We have an update for you from the Quidcare team.

    We're delighted to tell you that your Sky Digital TV and Broadband cashback claim has been approved and now we're just waiting for them to confirm your cashback.

    Once your cashback is confirmed and received by Quidco, we'll update your claim to "confirmed" status in your Activity Page.

    Thing is, I had that first, then it was declined and now it's gone back to them again. Well, I've had two sky claims - one has apparently been approved and the other, higher, one has been declined.

    So we'll see ..
