Quidco can you tell me if Intercontinental group are on the faster payments list. I have just received a payment in to my bank account and as it is not the end of the month, I can't understand why I have received the payment at this stage of the month. Also the rate is incorrect. Payment has been made at 7% instead of 12%. I have raised incorrect cash back reports.
Thanks
Wow! You're lucky to be paid anything by Intercontinental Group! I have trouble managing that!Do not allow the risk of failure to stop you trying!0 -
Ive been advised to post my query here.
I feel like Quidco are deceitfully doing me out of cashback and I don’t know what to do. Normally I would just give up at this stage but in this instance it has really annoyed me.
In March I placed an order for Sky through the cashback website Quidco. The cashback amount offered was advertised as £100.
A few days later I contacted Quidco as I was concerned the order had not ‘tracked’. Quidco advised they would need to wait 19 days before informing Sky of my claim.
Sky later denied this claim, when I challenged this with Quidco they said they would ask Sky to reconsider given the evidence I had provided. However this week Quidco have sent me an email, declining my claim for any cashback without providing a reason. All this despite me providing screenshots of every stage of my order, beginning from Quidco’s website showing the cashback offer, all the way through to Sky’s order confirmation.
Given that I purchased the Sky package after factoring in the cashback amount I really do feel cheated, and given that I documented my complete order I think it is obvious that at least one party is acting dishonest. Is there really anything I can do at this point?0 -

It sounds like your best bet is a small claims action because Quidco won't do anything else. You appear to have some good evidence to support your claim so I can't see how it would be too much of a problem.0 -
I have two payments £60 30 June & £3.96 14 July that have been confirmed & tracked!
It is saying both have been paid into my bank account but the payment I have received is £6.36?

I'm sure Rosie will be able to help you out when she's back on..0 -

I do agree this is very strange that this has happened, especially after Sky initially approved the claim, and we had escalated this for payment.
Jamie is out of the office today, however I will pass this on to him for his attention, and he will be able to advise further.
Kind regards,
Rosie

My account was blocked because I used "suspicious devices" to check in to places - That was when I used my iPad in London!
I assume they block anything that isn't an iPhone as the app isn't universal and don't realise you can run iPhone apps on the iPad.
Apparently someone will "review my account" - but thats been over a week now and i've not heard anything. I'm reluctant to do anything else via. quidco incase they don't ever unblock it!
Edit: They resolved this for me this morning! Great0 -
Earlier today I booked 2 rooms in a hotel in a single transaction, totaling 1599.07, which I paid on my credit card.
However, I've just checked on QuidCo and it is only showing the transaction as £787.72, so it appears to have only shown up as one of the rooms.
My receipt from ebookers is a single receipt for the total amount:HotelThere seems to be an error there - how can we get it updated to the correct amount, please?
Room (me) £729.39

Room (my colleague) £729.39

Great News! They reopened my account and it's all good to go!0
