    Hi Rosie can you please tell me why im still waiting for payments from 1210 all have been confirmed and awaiting payment, have tried to send an inquiry through your site but theres no options for money still waiting to be paid, thanks
  • I'm so confused. My quidco account is saying I have £15 confirmed, but nothing scheduled in payments. It has been confirmed since 18/07/12. However, when I go to the help section it's telling me I have no confirmed cashback or even any history of making any purchases. Know why this might be?

    I took out pet insurance with sainsburys and quidco now say it has been declined. I don't have an explanation why and what details they are in dispute about. My username is paul2louise and the pet insurance policy number is 876-542-100. Not sure what to do

    Hi,

    Hi, I took out Aviva Home Insurance through Quidco and it didn't track, so I raised a claim. I have just checked my bank account & although it is listed under Direct Debit payments, nothing has been taken out yet. If I ring them to query this, will it affect my cashback claim please? I have the e-mail confirmation from them, with the policy number etc. Many thanks.

    When will the Argos £1 reserve and collect transactions be updated?

    It's now more than two months and they are still showing as tracked but with no amount (this will update to the correct amount soon).

    How long is Soon?

    Quidco T&Cs for Direct Line Car Insurance state:

    1)Cashback is not available on Direct Line car insurance policies paid by annual Direct Debit. Payments in whole or on monthly direct debit are eligible for cashback.

    2)Cashback is not available on Direct Line car insurance policies paid by annual Direct Debit.

    3)Quidco will only pay cashback on Direct Line policies to users who use BACS as their payment method.

    I would like to purchase a car insurance policy with Direct Line, using the quidco link....but am having great difficulty understanding Quidco T&Cs regarding the payment method to purchase the insurance policy. Your T&Cs on the issue of purchasing the insurance are too vague/contradictory.

    To ensure cashback is paid after purchasing a Direct Line car insurance policy, via Quidco.....please advise what method of payment should be used at the Direct Line website:

    a) Credit card single payment for whole amount?
    b) Debit card single payment for whole amount?
    c) Direct debit single payment for whole amount?
    d) some other form of acceptable payment (please list)?

    (Wikipedia: direct debits and direct credits are made using the BACS system)

    @spidersandsprinkles – Have you entered your payment details recently? If so, that might be why. Please let me know if you still haven’t received this and we’ll look into it for you.


    @paul2louise – I’m sorry to hear that you have had this problem, but we should still be able to help you. Could you please raise a support ticket and we will look into that for you.



    @littlewren – Don’t worry as this shouldn’t affect your cashback . The only way that it would affect your cashback is if they amended your order in any way which I doubt they would. You are welcome to contact the retailer if you have any queries regarding the product you’ve purchased.


    @JAG – I am sorry to hear that this hasn’t updated yet. Are you able to raise a support ticket by going to our contact centre and selecting ‘why is my purchase showing as no amount?’


    @ridetherhythm – I can certainly help you with that. Please be advised that it is only annual direct debit that is excluded from the eligible payment methods to receive cashback. In regards to the 3rd point you have made, this just means that you will need to have BACS registered (instead of PayPal) in your payment settings page to receive the cashback as it is over £25 which is the PayPal maximum payout amount.

  • My payment came through so I guess things showing up strangely yesterday was because it was somewhere in the middle of being paid. But thanks anyway!
  • I'm still waiting for my £45 from Hastings after a month... :( Got £1.26 yesterday though lol!!!
  • Purchased via Quidco in February. Claim raised and still no progress - There is obviously an issue with Sky but Quidco have not been transparent. I have been promised that the claim is going to be "confirmed" soon in the next few weeks, only to find that nothing has happened. This has now happened quite a few times. Quidco is either hiding the truth or does not know what is happening and not bothering to find out by contacting sky.
