  • thanks for reply.
you are right it seems to be exactly 72hrs as it has just appeared on the cash-back claim menu. so will just have to wait and see if they can sort it before i need to return it.
  • "Our Quidcare team is on hand to answer any questions you may have. We aim to answer all queries within 24 hours but first please try our help section as we have answers to 95% of our member's questions."

On their site it states the above...but I can not see anyway of contacting them with a message... just end up going round in circles in the FAQs...

I have seen the email addresses posted here etc but surely their website should be the place and not here?

Well when Rosie gets on, it's handy to have an actual person as a point of contact, but you can use the 'contact' link on the site ..

Scroll to the bottom of the screen, click "Contact" then "Member Section". You can use the drop down boxes to select the status of your query and then - i think - click a further option if your question isn't answered to allow you to write a "proper" email.
  • i get to that stage but never get the option to send a 'proper email' just get their prearranged answers. ok, will have another look. thanks for your reply.

how come you can not raise a claim against a quidco promotion

I was sent an email requesting a receipt from a leading supermarket, all your terms where adhered to, all I had to do was send/scan a receipt to you, which I have
yet today I check my activity to see my claim/purchase has been declined ??

can you explain why it won't let me raise a claim ???

    Good afternoon,

@bham_guy – thanks for confirming, this does appear to be showing as confirmed now.

@bristolleedsfan – the programme was exclusive to us first of all, as you can see they have now come off Quidco. We do find this with a lot of retailers, they will offer cashback exclusively through one site and then move on to another, it is not uncommon :)

@aliavavodka – Don’t worry, as in-store purchases do usually take around 3 weeks to track in. Regarding the Ladbrokes Casino purchase, are you able to raise a support ticket via this link?

@shaftingham – Hi again! Hope you are well. There’s no problem with this, as long as you completed the transaction online, it will be fine.

@mum26 – No problem! Glad we could get that sorted for you :)

@johnstone2012 – Hi John, non tracking doesn’t mean that cashback won’t be paid by any means, sometimes purchases can just fail to track, be it because of browser settings, firewall settings, or anything that may block cookies on your browser. If you raise a claim for this we can certainly as the retailer to track this in for you.

@wildref – This is fine, as long as you don’t have to enter a code anywhere the offer will be eligible with cashback.

@keynes – Don’t worry, the claims system is automated so the claim will have been sent off once the payment hold has lifted. To send a query regarding claims, you just need to go to the help section and select ‘why has my claim not updated to confirmed?’. Generally if this is still within the normal payment speed then we aren’t able to provide any further updates until we receive them from the retailer.

@cah209 – That’s lucky! If you do wish to return the payment then we can pass it back to the retailer for you. You can contact the Quidcare Team via this link and select ‘I have a purchase in my activity that I didn’t make’.

@debjay – I’m not aware of this, can you confirm which retailers have stopped?

@bignred05 – As this is only a trial we don’t unfortunately offer have a process in place for this just yet. However can I ask you to please go to our help section, and select ‘Retailer Offers’, we’ll then be able to check why this was declined for you.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

    Thanks,

    Rosie

    Question for the Quidco Rep

Do Currys ever pay Cashback claims?
I have just logged into my account to find my payment has been decline, you will not let me raise a dispute stating something about claims need to be raised within 7 weeks.

I was not made aware that it had been declined within 7 weeks of my purchase, therefore making it impossible to dispute.

Another member of my family has also had a similar problem with Quidco with Currys, doing this in my opinion is seriously tarnishing your reputation.

I also have an Aviva cashback outstanding with a claim raised, I am attempting to contact you about yet again, but am being taken round in circles and being given the same stock message.

Please can you chase this claim for me? as if I have a repetition of my Scottish Power claim which took over 12 months and enless amounts of time chasing you for I will definately close my account and advise friends and family of the constant issues with Quidco and the time you have to waste chasing cashback.

I look forward to your prompt response.

    Marg
  • My friend has just told me they have been paid by Quidco for purchasing Virgin, but they actually cancelled in the end - what should they do with the money?
Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:
  • Another question for the Quidco rep.
I have previously posted the following note
A question for the Quidco representative. Hopefully you will be able to help on the matter.

I purchased an ipad in February following the incentive of a £25 cash back offer.
The purchase has not apparently tracked but is showing as a receipt on your system.
I have spoken to Curry’s where the purchase was made and after spending over an hour in store they have been unable to do anything referring me to Quidco.
Having been patiently waiting for the purchase to track it is somewhat frustrating to read the message which pops up on your system which seems to offer no help after a few weeks of purchase.
I hope you can resolve this as the purchase is clearly showing.
I look forward to your reply.

The standard reply received from Liam which was not helpful at all referring to a 7 week limit and a help page.

Reference to a 7 week period of which I have no knowledge at the time of purchase and a help page is of no use whatsoever after the event as I expect the payment to be processed by the retailer without me having to chase them and for PC World and Quidco to honour the agreement which resulted in the purchase of an ipad.

I trust you will look into this for me and look forward to your reply.

    john
