    Hi Quidco Rep,

    I am awaiting cashback on many, many purchases made through Asda. I can see on my Activity that this is in relation to purchases as far back as November 2011, but there could be more transactions before this (I am awaiting a copy of all my transactions to arrive in my inbox).

    The status says that they have been tracked and will be updated soon - but they never have.

    I would be grateful for any help you could offer!

    I am still waiting for payment of of £42 from AA Breakdown (20 July) and I have raised a claim, however the response I got from you was :

    Don’t worry - AA UK Breakdown has been taking an average of 5 months to pay, once they have agreed to pay cashback for your purchase. If your payment takes any longer than that we will of course chase it up for you.

    To be honest, that really is rather rubbish, and rather oddly it also states that AA Breakdown is one of your faster paying company's, which clearly isn't the case if I have to wait 5 months - can you chase this up for me, I really don't see why it should take this long?

    Actually, whilst looking at my account I have 3 tracked amounts from L'Occitane from November 2011 that haven't been paid either.... £3.90, £3.25 and £8.58 that I would appreciate some feedback on as well.
  • Looked in my account under activity on quidco and it says earnings £25 and has been since june. It says the £25 is from Sky Digital TV and Broadband offers & cashback. under status it says confirmed and as said that for a while. is this a mistake or am i due money?

    @michaeldc - Hello! It can take up to 4 months for Tesco purchases to become confirmed in your account so don't worry about this at the moment. Please allow up to the start of November for this to become confirmed and if it hasn't after this time please send us a ticket on the following link and we will be happy to chase that for you.

    @Medic999 - Welcome to Quidco :). Please make sure you click through the Quidco link after deleting your cookies and cache in your browser as this is how we track your purchase. That means you would need to find it from the link and not purchase this from your watched items on this occasion. You won't see anything on the eBay website regarding Quidco, but the purchase should track in to your Quidco activity page within 3 days of your purchase. I hope that helps!

    @niaud - Hello, it sounds like these haven't updated for some reason on this occasion. Please send us a ticket on the following link and we will be able to help you further :).

    @goochie - At the moment, AA UK Breakdown are taking around 5 months to confirm cashback as this is stated on their retailer page. We would advise you to check these processing times before making a purchase to avoid disappointment and to get an idea of when you will receive the payment. We would be unable to speed this up at the moment as we work through third parties etc which can delay the process. However, we are always looking for new ways to cut these processing times down. In regards to your L'occitane purchases, it does sound as though these are delayed! Please raise a ticket on the following link.

    Anyone else on here struggled to get cashback from Legal & General?

    I bought Buildings & Contents cover via Quidco in January. Should have been paid £50 cashback but never did. Raised a claim but L&G 'declined' it. So, I asked Quidco to investigate it for me.

    L&G said they wanted me to send Quidco my policy documents as proof. Here's the silly bit. In order to do this I had to:-
    1) Ring L&G and ask them to email my policy documents to me - which they did.
    2) I sent this to Quidco.
    3) Quidco sent it back to L&G !!

    I thought that would be the end of it. But now Quidco have said that L&G want me to send them my Bank Statement from the time of purchase and the next 3 statements after that! Crazy!

    I paid for it on a credit card so I don't have those statements anymore anyhow.

    Just wondered if anyone else had been through something similar? If L&G dispute it any further then I think I'll be in touch with Visa to ask for a refund on a policy that I don't have!
  • I took out a home contents insurance policy with More Than on the 1st March which has not updated to confirmed yet.

    I raised a query on 22nd August and was told that "the Quidcare Administration Team will do their very best to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.".

    It is now nearly another 8 weeks and nothing has happened and there is no reply button on this query so I don't know if I have to start a new query. Can you help please as it will soon be 10 months since I took out the policy with £50 cashback.

    Dear Quidco Company Representative,
    I made a purchase on 11/10/2012 for a new 24 month contract with O2 which should entitle me to £50 cashback.
    The transaction didn't track which I was surprised about since others reported no problems..
    I have since raised a claim and noticed that O2 Mobile did appear in the retailer drop down list, however since my only other claim was declined I'm now sceptical about being successful with this claim.
    I've given Quidco my order number and the email address used to purchase the item.
    Any idea how long O2 will take to indicate whether this will be accepted as I currently have the option of sending the item back under the distance selling rules but time is running out.

    Wonder if you could help me, please?

    Tried to sign into my Quidco account and was greeted with:

    "Your account has been blocked. Please contact our Quidcare team."

    Have raised ticket (via general enquiry - only way since I could not log in to my account) and also sent a mail to Julie Wells having seen her details on PaidToShop.

    Quite upset because I am due around £100 in cashback mainly via Greenflag and Comet plus insurance quotations.
