  • a freind is due £ 80 similarly from T Mobile for a phone received last week

It was reading about all the successes on this site that persuaded him to try Quidco - hmmmm

Apparently he's still waiting - is six months usual ?

My cashback from Furniture Village of over £200 has finally been paid. Purchase was in January 2011!
  • I'm having a Quidco problem ...

I switched from TalkTalk to O2 (landline & broadband) in February, having been tempted by a Quidco £100 cashback deal. However, there is no sign of this transaction in my Quidco account.

I've been in touch with O2 and they confirm that they have forwarded my details to Quidco.

Any advice on how I should proceed, please?

    Good morning,

I hope you've all had a great weekend.

@Shaftingham – I’m very sorry about that, I’m not sure why this wasn’t applied before the payment run as I was advised that it was going to happen, I will check with our payments team to see where the issue is.

@johnnyreggae – 6 months is unusual for T-Mobile, can you please ask him to go to our help centre and he can then raise this with the Quidcare Team.

@ZED – It does sound like your purchase has just failed to track. Are you able to raise a missing cashback claim for this? We can then have it tracked in manually for you.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

  • Thanks for your reply Rosie, but when I followed the 'missing cash back claim' link I received the message: "Sorry, we have no records of you visiting any retailer" ... which is just bizarre!

Please do Rosie, because I've been blatantly lied to here, at best misled. If the payment was received 2 weeks+ ago like you indicated, surely it doesn't take 2 weeks to stick it into my account?? Now I've got another minimum 2 weeks to wait, taking it to exactly 10 months, when according to your stats "100% paid within 180 days or 8 months"

  • Dear Quidco Rep,

I bought an annual travel policy through More than back in September with an expected cash back amount of £18. This tracked at £7 on 2 different entries & I have queried previously & was told it should update in my account by the time the purchase became confirmed.

However it has now been paid at £7 (with the second amount declined) & when I try to raise a claim the system has me running around in loops before telling me that it is unable to find any rate data for this merchant.

    Could you help please?

My username is the same on both sites.

    Thanks

    Good morning,

@ZED – Is it possible that you have another account at all? If you send an email to members@quidco.com FAO Rosie, I can double check this for you.

@shaftingham – I do understand and I am really sorry about this. There may have been a delay with the application of the payment, however I have put a note on your account so I can double check that this will be paid on the next payment run.

@Celt32girl – I’m sorry to hear that this was paid incorrectly. I will ensure that a support ticket is raised for you and we can then raise the claim on your behalf.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

To the offical Quidco Rep: You kindly sent me a reply via the Quidco message system to a query that I raised. In your reply you asked me for more informaiton. For the life of me, I cannot see how I send a reply to your message via the internal system !

    Hi Quidco Rep....

Is there an issue with Hotels4u.com. I booked accommodation with them in August last year. It wasn't tracked and I raised a claim. My account activity is showing claim raised 14.11.11. Last I heard I got an email from you early Jan apologising that the money due is taking longer then expected. Still no sign of anything being paid to me

    Thanks CCFC_80
