    I had an email yesterday saying I'd been paid....(nearly £60) but nothings gone in my bank yet? How long will it take to appear? My last payment showed straight away...?

    I placed an Ocado order yesterday afternoon, via Quidco. This has not tracked yet. How long does it normally take to track?

    @endisforever – Is your cashback in confirmed status, rather than tracked? If you send an email to members@quidco.com and provide me with the email address/User ID connected your account I will be happy to check this for you.

    @albertselephants – We usually advise to leave up to 5 working days for this to reach your account, although it is usually quicker than this. If it hasn’t appeared after the 5 days, please let us know so we can investigate further for you.

    @dollywops – We’d advise leaving up to 3 days for Ocado transactions to track in, however if it still hasn’t tracked in after 3 days, please raise a missing cashback claim and we can have this manually tracked in for you.

    I am sick to the back teeth of Quidco!!!

    Why do I have to trace everything? The stuff always tracks so you know I've bought it and yet I have to chase all the time.

    I have a quidcare compare outstanding and a zoo plus one.Both having tracked in dec jan and both not moving any further.

    Also why does the page always say site under maintainance and has done for weeks?.I use one of the links to get in.

    The whole process of dealing with Quidco is now tediously frustrating and I think I will barter with companies direct for discount in future.
    Don't think Quidco are worth dealing with and cannot speak for top cashback as not used them.

    I used to recommend you to our customers but will definitely let them know of my recent experiences

    @taxi73 - I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you've been having with the tracking of your transactions. However please do be aware that Quidco does not track any purchases ourselves, this is always done by our third party affiliate networks. Please ensure that you have cookies enabled and clear them before every purchase, javascript enabled and any pop up blockers disabled. Your security software can also sometimes block the access of the affiliate networks, meaning transactions fail to track, so please ensure it isn't set too high when using Quidco.
    Also why does the page always say site under maintainance and has done for weeks?.I use one of the links to get in.

    We're not aware of this issue as the site has been working fine. Can you try clearing your cookies/cache to see if this makes a difference?

    Quidco Compare transactions do take around six months for cashback to be confirmed, and ZooPlus should take around 3 - 4 months.

    At the beginning of February I switched to O2 broadband after seeing the Quidco cash-back deal (£100).
    As there was no indication of this transaction in my Quidco account after 2 months I made enquiries:
    O2 denied all knowledge of the cash-back deal.
    Quidco sent me the following email:

    05 Apr 12
    Hi,

    I am writing to you regarding your February 2012 sale with O2 Home Broadband.

    O2 have confirmed your purchase to us, you will see this sale appear in your Quidco activity within the next 14 days. Once updated to 'confirmed' the cashback will be issued to you in the following payment run.
    Currently the transaction is showing as 'tracked'. Please could you let me know when it will be updated to 'confirmed' ... and more importantly, when will I receive my cash?

    Received my shopping and stamps from Ocado last wednesday using the code from Quidco, but it never tracked. Raised a claim on 14th with Quidco, still have heard nothing. Don't understand what is going on as I supplied them with all the information they asked for.

    Does anyone know how long it takes for them to get back to you?

    Its been a week since I received my order. I raised a query on the 14th and I have still heard nothing, so you may have to raise a query too before they look into it.
