Thanks for the explanation, Rosie. When you say to clear cookies, is that on the Quidco website or on the site I am visiting?
Also, I have entered my debit card details for the in-store cashback. Is it OK to also enter my husband's card details as it is a joint account?0 -
Good afternoon,
I hope you've all had a good weekend.
@mickp67 - That is strange, can you please email members@quidco.com to allow me to take a look into this for you?
@Claremac - We'd recommend completely clearing your cookies for every purchase that you are going to make, so this would be for all sites.
In regards to the in-store cashback, this is fine. You can register up to 15 cards, and the only detail that we require is the 16 digit card number, so the card doesn't have to be in your name.
Many thanks,

As it happens, I accidentally cleared all cookies instead of just the one I wanted anyway. I have found it seriously annoying to have to login on every site I visit though. Thanks for the info re the extra cards.
With the in-store cashback can you tell me how long it takes to be paid or even track? I used my card in Debenhams on Saturday but I can't find any indication on the Quidco website as to how long it might be.
Also, I have had no joy with anything I have bought after clicking through from Quidco. Over the weekend I bought from Play.com, The Hut and Base.com and carefully went through Quidco each time (having erased cookies) and not one of them is showing as tracked. Play.com is new but the other 2 show as 97% and 98% tracking within 1 day. The only activity showing is 3 in-store click-throughs that I did just to prove whether my account is working.
I'm beginning to wonder whether it's worth continuing as I seem to be doing something wrong?0 -
Hi
My account is showing as £90.91 as confirmed and on the front screen says what will be paid to me in the next run. This has been like this for the last week, also when i click on payments it says nothing has been paid nor scheduled to be paid.
Can you help as I would like to know when I should expect to be paid.
Thanks

Good Morning,
I've had a problem with my sky cashback - I signed up in Feb especially for the F1 and because I'd receive £100 cashback. Now the transaction didn't track properly so I went through the process of raising a claim. I filled in the details I was asked for, think it was order number and one other one, it was sent off to Sky however this morning I've had a response that my cashback has been declined - Enquiry Unsuccessful - Wrong upload.
I have no issue with the fact that I had to submit a claim, I have lots of security software on my PC that sometimes interferes with the tracking, but when I submit the details exactly as requested and it comes back declined I have question the wisdom of continueing with Quidco.
Update: I submitted a question on the quidco website this morning and have had an answer already - It seems there was technical error and the claim was sucessfully sent, so nothing to worry about.0 -

@blindman – I think Virgin Life Insurance payments have been delayed over the past few months but we are working on this and chasing them up on a regular basis. They do usually take an average of 8 months to pay, though.

Thanks for the "partial" answer.
I was asking generally why ALL Virgin products have to be chased.0 -
Good afternoon,
@Claremac – In-store cashback does take around 21 days to track in, so don’t worry just yet. In-store cashback should take around 6 – 7 months to be confirmed, although we have been working on improvements to this over the past few months as we have regrettably been experiencing delays with in-store cashback across the board.
@stevenha – Hi Steve, can you confirm if the payment is showing as sent now? The payment run was completed yesterday, so should be reaching your account over the next few days.
@blindman – We couldn’t completely say, to be honest with you. Delays can happen at any stage of the process. One factor is that the majority of Virgin products tend to have a longer validation period, which is there to prevent people from taking the product out and then cancelling straight away when the cashback is confirmed. Another factor is that delays can happen within the affiliate network or at the retailer’s side, but we are always working in conjunction with both parties to help to speed up the process wherever possible.
Many thanks,

Rather surprisingly, the Debenhams in-store cashback tracked today, after just 4 days so that's good. I've bought something with M & S today hopefully using the 10% cashback. I have used my iPad so no anti-virus and cleared cookies so hopefully it will track OK. Still nothing from the 3 orders I placed over the weekend.0

Wow! The M & S order has trracked within 30 minutes. Things are looking up!0

I took the offer of sky HD upgrade with fre HD box last year with £100 M&S vouchers which I recieved with no problems. I raised a claim as it didnt track correctly with quidco. I have emails a couple of months back saying that all was fine and my payment would be through shortly. Now I have a email saying sky are disputing the payment amount. Can you tell what is happening.
Has anyone else had problems with sky. Plus I dont really understand the cashback amount as we pay monthly,
thanks0
