I've been a member of Quidco for a few years now and I think its a fantastic idea, but I am now beginning to lose confidence in the site.

I presently have over £300 tracked going back to November last year and most annoyingly of all, a £46 claim with Expedia dating back to July 2011.

At the time of booking a holiday in May 2011, Expedia were offering a higher promotional rate but only paid me the standard rate. I can't fault Quidco for their level of communication but I don't feel I am getting anywhere. Quidco states a claim resolution time of less than 4 months for Expedia - its now been 10 months with no other solution then 'they'll keep trying'! Quidco don't appear to have any leverage with Expedia other than sending them repeated IOU's which Expedia are clearly ignoring.

It also appears to be more than coincidence that small payments (like a 22p claim I had against Play) go through in a couple of months, where as larger claims and amounts like the Expedia one takes ages to happen with no sign of resolution.

I also have a tracked payment with Cineworld that is 1 month late.

I'm now worried about the £300+ I am owed and wonder what use Quidco is if they have no way of 'enforcing' the payments due to its users?

I've just clicked through an offer for £25 cashback for existing Sky customers to upgrade to the HD pack again, with £25 of M&S Vouchers as well.

    I wonder if i should raise a claim now ? :D

I recently booked some flights through the KLM website but I forgot to go through Quidco. My sister also made this mistake about a year ago and someone here was able to rectify the situation for her. Any chance on some help with this? :)

Raise a claim via the Quidco website. You'll be asked for a few details like when your purchased and how much you paid etc.

    My g/f & I applied for a Santander 123 Current Account on 29 April.

My brother & sister applied for this account on 30 April.

We were all accepted & all credited the account with minimum £25 in case the full £24 yearly charge was taken.

I was the only one to bring a direct debit on to my account - the others had not gotten around to that yet.

I checked my Quidco account yesterday & the cashback of £55 had been paid to my account on the 14 May. The same applies for my gf (14th May) - remember, she hadn't brought over a Direct Debit yet.

My brother & sister remain as being unpaid. It is showing as "tracked" in both their Quidco accounts, but there is no cashback.

As my brother & sister operated their account the exact same way as my g/f (who has been paid cashback), i would've thought that their cashback would've been quick to follow?

    Good afternoon,

@Charlie79 – That is odd! They weren’t actually offering £75 cashback either which makes it all the stranger. Don’t worry, though, we’ll just need an incorrect claim raising. Someone from the Quidcare Team will be in touch shortly about this.

@DustD – Apologies for the delay in response, and I’m very sorry to hear that this still hasn’t been paid to you. I would like to take a closer look into this to see where the hold up is. Can I ask you to email members@quidco.com FAO Rosie, and we’ll have this sorted out for you.

@jasonwatkins – If it hasn’t tracked after the 3 days (hopefully it will!) then yes, I’d raise a claim.

@HappyChappy84 – Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do in a case like this. All sales do have to be completed via Quidco to ensure that we receive the referral commission for the sale (we then pass this on to you as cashback). If Quidco aren’t seen as the referrer then I’m afraid we won’t receive the commission. Sorry about that.

@bulktrans – This is fine, if you are a new customer to grocery then you’ll still be eligible for the cashback. Don’t forget the £10 off code, too!

@K_P83 – I wouldn't worry, it sounds as though your account and your girlfriend’s account were paid in the most recent Santander invoice, which narrowly missed your brother and sister’s transactions. If this is the case, those two transactions should be paid very soon when the next invoice arrives.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

    Kind regards,

    Rosie

I never expected it to track to be honest. I raised a claim shortly after midnight on the 3rd day..
