    I tried last night for 10 minutes on how to contact this company, All i kept getting was answers. I want a direct answer to my question but i cant seem to ask them because it always has a quick answer.

    I want to know the total amount of cashback i will be getting on the next run.

    I changed to npower and used quidco. Its tracked but not confirmed. its been nearly six months now. Has anyone been paid cashback from npower?

    Log into your account and go to 'My Quidco'. The amount will be there.

    I changed to npower and used quidco. Its tracked but not confirmed. its been nearly six months now. Has anyone been paid cashback from npower?

    The Quidco site states a payment time of under 6 months from the tracking date.

    If nothing arrives by then contact them.

    @HappyChappy84 – I’m not sure who advised that, but I’m afraid it isn’t correct unless under special circumstances; for example, the retailer has agreed to pay the cashback without the member going through Quidco. If a member does not click through Quidco to make a purchase then we cannot look into this, as a) the purchase won’t track and b) we can’t raise a claim as there won’t be a click through present.

    @DustD – Thank you for your email – I’ve asked our Administration Team to take a look into this as there seems to be a delay with receiving a response to the claim. I’ll personally keep an eye on this for you and we should hopefully be able to provide you with a resolution as quickly as possible.

    @Hardupandfedup - As DustD has said, they can take around 6 months to confirm cashback. If it takes longer, please contact the Quidcare Team via this link.

    I have only just started to use Quidco to book a hire car and to arrange BT. I also got a car insurance quote with my husband as the policy holder, and since then my account has been blocked. Is it because of the car insurance quote? If so I realise I have been a numpty but is there any way of getting my account unblocked? I didn't take up the quote if that makes a difference.

    I have used Quidco for 4 years or so and am generally very happy. From time to time the odd purchase will not track but eventually, via claim, it gets sorted.

    Over the last 10 days I have made 7 seperate purchases via Quidco and not one of them has tracked.
    For each transaction I have had the confirmatory box pop up before being transferred to the supplier site saying that my visit has been recorded.
    My laptop is the same, cookies always cleared, same browser etc etc.
    I will obviously submit individual claims but is the Quidco rep able to offer any words of advice.

    it should be right there in front of you on your account summary page - total amount of tracked cashback with the amount to be paid underneath.

    I have just signed up with Sky (15th May) getting Sky +, movies, unlimited broadband & calls & line rental. It has not tracked to my account so I have gone into raising a cash back claim. It looks as if Quidco have tracked the correct date and time, but I have a problem when I get to step 3 of 4 as it asks for the purchase amounts and I don't know what I should enter. Help would be appreciated. :D
