@ZED – Is it possible that you have another account at all? If you send an email to members@quidco.com FAO Rosie, I can double check this for you.
@shaftingham – I do understand and I am really sorry about this. There may have been a delay with the application of the payment, however I have put a note on your account so I can double check that this will be paid on the next payment run.
@Celt32girl – I’m sorry to hear that this was paid incorrectly. I will ensure that a support ticket is raised for you and we can then raise the claim on your behalf.
Many thanks,
Rosie
Well, 10 days since last payment run, 4-5 days to go to next, still NOT appeared on my account, so we have a situation whereby you say you received the payment over 3 weeks ago and it apparently takes 3 weeks+ to administer this to my account? I'm baffled by the delay. Something not quite right here methinks....:mad:UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0 -
Good afternoon,
@potty23 – Once it has gone over the 3 months you should be able to raise the claim. If it still isn’t letting you, can you please send me an email to members@quidco.com, FAO Rosie, and I’ll double check this for you.
@happychappy – Thanks for confirming. It looks as though one has now been approved so I presume we are now just waiting for the other one, which appears to have been in the same scenario.
@niaud – Can you clarify if this did initially track in? Netflix do usually track in at ‘no amount’, and then update once the 5 hours has been watched. However if it didn’t track in at all, then you will need to raise a missing cashback claim.
@georgiesmum – I’m sorry to hear that, and we can certainly look into this for you. Can I ask you to go to our help centre and select ‘why has my cashback not updated to confirmed?’. The Quidcare Team can then investigate this further for you.
@shaftingham - Please don't worry, I am personally keeping an eye on this for you so I can ensure it will move to confirmed before the payment run takes place.
Thanks,

Thank you for replying so quickly.
No, it appears not to have tracked, and I have tried to raise a cashback claim, but it won't let me go any further as it has been 7 weeks since the beginning of the trial (not since the 5 hours was watched, which is when it should be from). I know I definately cleared all cookies and went through Quidco before signing up and I took great care in doing this.
I can't seem to get anywhere with this, any help you can provide would be very appreciated!0 -
Good morning,
@jayward - This should show up within 3 days of you taking out the policy.
@niaud - Sorry to hear that, however we may still be able to help with this. Can I ask you to email members@quidco.com and I'll personally take a look into this for you.
Many thanks,

Have you actually
a) set up the bank account within your quidco account and
b) if so, made sure that the minimum payment is set up for under £25?0
