Quidco, I have a Sainsburys Insurance item item tracked from 27th October 2011, also AA breakdown tracked 11th November, 2011, Hotelopia from 5th January, Hotelopia hotel booking has been completed.
Can you help, as I can't see anywhere on your Home page to address these issues.
Thanks.0 -
Quidco
2nd time used Thompson and Morgan and second purchase tracked and declined, the excuse this time is another referrer was paid as I didnt clear my browser, I know from old dealings with Quidco that this is a favoured excuse so ALWAYS clear the cookies, delete temp file etc, etc and cookies and run CCleaner before logging in to Quidco, but the paid another referrer is an easy excuse to trot out, I am also awaiting an AA Insurance cashback from Dec which has tracked and sat there, just waiting to see what this one will do, I went to Topcashback for a year but thought I will try Quidco again, but nothing appears to have changed.0 -
Should i raise a claim for the following....?
- 06 Feb 12
- Equifax Free Credit Report
- —
- 7.50
- Tracked
- 09 Mar 12
Will the "status" update itself accordingly, or will raising a claim for this speed things along?0 -
K_P83 It's far too soon to have gone futher. Must add that they do actually pay!!!0

I had an Equifax entry on 6th Feb, but it's only showing as tracked & has been that way since day 1.

Once its tracked, just sit back and wait. If you go to the Equifax page, it will tell you, on the left, how soon you can expect to be paid.Living off £450 per month is easy...! If you aren't single! :j0 -
Good morning,
@FF99 – Sorry about this, it is a problem with our system that we have identified, our technical team is on it as a top priority! This should be rectified within the next 24 hours. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
@CCFC_80 – I’m very sorry to hear that, and it does sound as though your cashback is now delayed. Can I ask you to go to our help centre and select ‘why has my claim not updated to confirmed yet’?
@potty23 – Don’t worry, we can certainly chase these up for you. Can I ask you to go to our help centre and select ‘why has my cashback not updated to confirmed?’. The Quidcare Team can then look into each of these delays for you.
@happychappy – I’m very sorry about that. I have spoken to my colleague regarding this and I believe they have had an issue with Thompson and Morgan recently which they are currently investigating further. If you did clear your cookies etc it does seem incorrect that they have declined it for this reason, so I will certainly ask our Administration Team to investigate further for you. Can you just clarify, is your username the same as your Quidco username?
@K_P83 – You don’t need to raise a cashback claim for this as it has already tracked, and as it’s from February, we wouldn’t have expected it to have updated just yet. Equifax do usually take around four months to confirm cashback in your account.
Many thanks,

Hi Rosie thanks for your reply. You stated to check 'Why my cash-back hasn't, been confirmed yet', I checked this and it states up to 3 months. By my calculation Hotelopia's 3 months is up today. As I stated my booking has been completed.0

Quidco, I cannot locate the cashback for my Netflix free trial which commenced on 5th February. I know it said it would track after 5 hours were watched and the free trial ended, but I still cannot find it. Can you help?0

I still haven't had Eastex confirmed from Aug 2011. Thats a long time. Also they state £2.12 confirmed and I'm seeing over £3.00.0
