What a delightful interaction. How dare you do things to get the wheels in motion to give him a load of money and leave him single to pursue whatever it is he wants.
Sooner you get that £20k locked down the better.
He doesn't know about this diary does he? Be careful xxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000

Hi slm I thought I would say hi, I have been reading your diary over the course of the past week and finally got here.
You sound amazing, I really hope things go more smoothly for you after all you have been through.
Thanks very much for sharing!
Ps I am another one who is impressed with the activities you come up with for the kids, I will be trying some of them out!!

Thank you - no he doesn't know about this diary as far as i am aware. Yes you are correct, the sooner things are put down in writing the better. I am currently just waiting on courts and of course OH.
Hi Sonyarite, unfortunately i seem to just be moaning most of the time at the moment and activities for the kids have gone astray. You have done really well to get through so many pages of my drivel lol. I really need to get back to the positive side of me. I did get to the food shop yesterday so i have for a few yummy treats for our end of term party. Not yet heard if my dad is coming or not, but either way it will be fun. I also spoke to my uncle today and he will be coming to stay with us for a weekend during the holiday which will be great as he hasn't been here since OH told me he was leaving last november.
Anyway off to look at money spreadsheet to adjust things just incase he stops payingMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

You think you moan more than you do lovely. You do sometimes you repeat the bullocks he comes out with. That isn't moaning.
You're still planning their summer holiday and you will totally pull it out the bag. You're brilliant. Today I was just talking myself down from murder suicide. Its day 2. You're great xxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000

Bless you. You've made it through day 2, its a start. I do think this year will be harder than some as lots of the normal go to things to do will be restricted, but we will make it through. My friend commented that the children will have been off school for 6 months by the time they go back - although i knew this, it wasn't until she said it out loud that it sounded like a really long time. Yes we have been busy doing the school work, but we have still had longer at home due to no clubs etc so already used up lots of activities.
One outside game for you for very hot days.... Get a baking tray and fill with water. Place outside on the ground, All sit around it, Roll the dice and if you get a 6 you can hit your hand in the water and splash everyone around. All ages seem to like this.
Another for those children staying up late (so dusk/dark) light sticks in bottles of water and then use them as skittles, Kids like it because they think they are being treated as should be in bed plus also having fun at the same time.

You done really to stay calm and polite and just stating facts with OH. It was the best thing for you to do. It is absolutely the worse thing to lose your rag! I think you are doing so well. I've been reading your diary from the start over the last couple of weeks, I started it while I was away in the caravan at the beginning of the month.
Good luck with sorting out the financial stuff.

Wonderful update! You have totally got this. I do find politeness the perfect secret weapon; the rantier the other party gets, the more satisfying it is to retreat to the happy place that Jane Austen herself would recognise. He can plead all he likes, he will have to pony up the cash and the facts. Good idea to get CMA to collect the money even though they do charge to do this; at least you'll be getting reliable cash. You are a legend! Love Humdinger x2 -
It said on the paperwork that he would pay an extra 20% if they collect it which if my sums are correct its an extra £100 a month. If he is not happy now there is no way he would be happy with that. It said i would loose just under £5. If that is what i need to do then i will. He would also need for forfeit about 8k per year to get the figures to drop each month. I was trying not to aggravate until financial bit of divorce had been signed. To be honest he is getting lots of information from his friends who have all gone through this situation themselves so he should know he has no other option. I hear snippets of things from him (which i know as soon as he says it, he hasn't come up with) so i know there are other influences in his life.Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19
