Yay child support has been sorted today.  I can see i will be getting £501.27 each month (£6015.24 per year) rather than £80.73 per week (£4197.96 per year).  I'm not sure why but he has chosen to pay me monthly on the same day as his rent is due - feel that will leave him very short but hey ho.  Nearly an extra £2k for the mortgage income.
I had already taken the money for this week, but after a call with CSA people i have returned it to him, as i dont want to be overpaid and then he uses that against me.
Anyway off to another zoom lesson with school :)

i've spoken to the divorce people and they say it could be another 12 weeks before decree nisi is here.  Then i can get finance bit done.  Very wary he could change his mind and want more from the house - not that its gone up in value or anything, just because i am getting money from him now officially he will try to grab it another way

Right youngest child has finished school for the summer and i am very behind with summer activates for them this year.  Not sure where we can go as not sure where is open.  The rest of us finish on Wednesday so it will be the usual end of school party i need to get organised.  They are at their dads this weekend so i can try to get most things organised this weekend.  Will find the bunting we have somewhere and put that up.  The neighbours always know what's going on when the bunting arrives lol.  I will get some party food in and invite dad round to party with us like he normally does.

Yes i need to keep the other 2 (and myself); working while the youngest enjoys herself doing fun things.  The party is normally good, but i think i am doing it for the sake of it this year, just to create a little bit of normality.  Kids have now gone to their dads so sitting here trying to write lists.  Then after lunch i may take a trip to the shops if i'm feeling brave enough, as been fairly sheltered since lockdown.  I need to go to Lidl so if i can get everything there it will be a bonus

Well normally the children are dropped off at the end of the drive when daddy brings them home.  I reckon its been over a month now since i spoke or text OH, because whenever i did i was barked at by him.  Today i was summonsed!  What is this......(he held up copy of letter from child support).  Ah yes i've seen that was my response.  He had no idea why he was getting it.  I told him i was going to get it done officially as i needed it for my mortgage application.  Anyway apparently no one has spoken to him and no he hadn't agreed to it because quite obviously couldnt afford it.  Well i'm afraid they must have spoken to his employers or HMCE then because they know how much you get paid and they then know how much you need to pay me.  Perhaps if he hadnt have got a loan for a new car, or a very big expensive dog, or eat fast food everyday rather than taking packup to work, he would have the money.  I am now not allowed into his bank account.  That's fine i don't like doing it anyway.  I did point out that i had actually refunded this weeks amount as i saw it was covered in the payment due on 1st August.  Anyway it looks like i wont be paid on 1st August if he has anything to do with it.  I think he is hoping to plead poverty to CSA.  If that happens i will sign up for their service to collect the money direct from his wages each week.
Next question was where am i moving to?  I said at the moment i am not moving, i am not even on the market to move, but i would like to.  I had written him a message to him telling him i would need him to sign the agents paperwork that was passed to him by kids on collection yesterday.  I said i need to sell to get him the money he wants.  I am hoping he wont be going for any more.  I told him even if we were not moving i had needed a valuation for the paperwork for the finance side of things.  Also retold him if he wants his money i need the information back about his pensions .....but i dont have that information....Well you will need to contact them all and find out then.
I stayed very calm and polite.  Only gave facts (mainly ones i had previously given him before).  He then stormed off and kids we not happy as they didnt get a goodbye hug.  I gave them one instead.
