He was worried about something, i think he couldn't remember what messages he'd deleted and which ones he hadn't especially because fb is saving all the chat as messages too now.
Could he have used his phone to access facebook as soon as he left the house to delete any messages he didnt want you to see?
My Daughters access facebook through their phones and just thought maybe this is how your OH managed to delete the messages. The loopy one has gone :j0 -
No i don't think his phone is even capable of going online and i went on there as soon as he went out. He's hiding something i'm sure.0

Most newish phones can access the internet.
Have you considered using a program on your pc which can tell you EVERYTHING he has been saying/doing/looking at online?
I can pm you the name of a program which can do this if you are interested. The loopy one has gone :j0 -

If he's mature enough, and you are as well, then you should be able to talk about it like adults, facebook is terrible for worried people, and even worse when your SO doesnt want you to see things, it might just be embarrassment or something daft.

This seems like a surefire way to end a relationship, if I found such a program on my PC my girlfriend's stuff would be on the lawn.
I have nothing discriminating in my inbox but if my girlfriend wanted to look I would say no it my private business0 -

No Relic , I dont think I do need to re-read your post. Given that you said the above and quote ME then I think it was a safe bet for me to assume that you were referring to me!
Just thought I would point out that I didnt have any trust issues in my relationship as the OP has.The loopy one has gone :j0 -

Ever heard the saying "those with nothing to hide HIDE NOTHING!
Your Gf should be able to look at anything she wishes , be it emails , facebook or text messages. The same should go for you.
If there is nothing in there that you shouldnt be have a problem with her being on there.
Both myself and my Husband have the passwords to each others email accounts and both mobile phones are just left sitting around the house when we are at home and if one of them bleeps with a text then it is picked up and read by whoever happens to be closest to it at that particular time.
At the end of the day neither of us have the worry that any text or email received will get us into "trouble" with the other one if it is read by them as we are confident that we are completely open , honest and transparent with the other.
Isnt this how it should be with ALL relationships? I know it is how I like mine to be.....The loopy one has gone :j0
