Can't be bothered. I've pointed you guys at something which has saved me loadsa money. Don't care whether you bother with it or not.
Try going to the Get Out of Debt Free forum and looking at the Success Stories thread. You'll see loads of cases there of people making these methods work for them.
Obviously they are not magic bullets - they have to be used properly and with some courage (facing up to the ridicule so evident on MSE forum as well as the lies from councils, banks, debt collectors etc. who purposely attempt to mislead), grit and determination. Most people are too lazy to stand up for their rights - that's why un lawful parking tickets and council demands are so freely used.
I again state: FACT: I ENJOY FREE PARKING WITHOUT FEAR OF PCN'S OR CLAMPING. :j I do not expect anyone to believe that - I didn't when I first came across this free legal notice. But I did research it and I find it works. :j
If you are interested, research it at Get Out Of Debt Free .org and clicking on the Parking Notice link and reading the info there, not to mention the thousands of forum posts on that and other sites, together with studying the relevant legislation.

As Orford wrote earlier "This is a self-help forum". If you're interested you'll do your own research. I did. It's time consuming but worth it.
By the way, you can successfully fight parking tickets if you get them (unlikely to get them if you display the Legal Notice I referred to, but hey-ho):
Get out of debt free.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=141&t=40133
"A friend of mine received a parking ticket and so I returned it marked with ' refusal for cause, no contract both sides. And for good measure I put returned within 72 hours on the bottom. The ticket came on several sheets of A4 sized paper with a photograph and the usual waffle. I only returned the first page.
Today I have received a letter saying so further action will be taken and the ticket has now been cancelled. They did a little lecture on parking regulations and that next time I might not be so lucky. Yeah; right...
Their tickets are unlawful unless we contract with them."

I have. And there isn't any legislation on your website. So either you point me towards it, or we can all safely assume you're a liar.

I am a satisfied user of the info on Get Out Of Debt Free. I want to make it absolutely clear that I have no other connection with the website - it definitely is not my website.
And there are hundreds of references to legislation on the website - both the main site and the forum - on a huge variety of issues. Many of which are relevant to parking - Common Law, Contract Law, Bill of Rights 1688/9 to name just 3. Unfortunately it's not as simple as "read this paragraph and you're sorted".
But in the case of the parking Legal Notice, it's worth everyone displaying them in their windscreens to reduce the risk of a ticket if you forget the time and overstay in street or pay and display parking. It might just save you a ticket.
Plus it's free - so far as I'm aware everything on the site is.
But if you get a ticket and want to fight it you'll have to do a lot of reading.
I really don't care what you assume - liar, nutter, freeman, conspiracist, fruitloop - you guys are so damn keen on invective!
Those who are truly interested will research the facts themselves, and have the necessary determination to use the info successfully.
I've used the legal notice successfully - disbelieve me if you want. It is not foolproof, but the site has lots of successful techniques to deal with any issues - just takes a bit of backbone. I've had a lot of help (yeah, OK - I know you all think I need help! LOL) on the forums and in PM's from the most experienced members. And remember, some of the methods being tried by people on the forum are experimental, so be careful in sticking with the most tried and tested methods.0
