Hi Orford. Sorry, I would have thought MSE forum users had the intelligence and imagination to realise that it is possible to park responsibly and still get ticketed or clamped. Let me spell it out for the hard of thinking - I never pay for or display a ticket when using Pay-and-Display car parks. I park as long as I want on streets. The legal notice I display in my windscreen means no PCN's and no clamps. Clear enough for you?

Please answer me 2 questions: Did you do ANY research on what I posted, such as visiting Get Out Of Debt Free .org and clicking on the Parking Notice link and reading the info there, not to mention the thousands of forum posts on that and other sites, together with studying the relevant legislation? Please answer Yes or No.

To Everyone: I do not expect you to take my word for the effectiveness and lawfulness of what I do - research the evidence yourself. Or simply acquiesce to the official version (including MSE's own guide saying you have to pay council PCN's) and let them keep taking money off you. It's your choice.

Love the picture bazster! Unfortunately some people are as you portray. But many are not. I for one enjoy free parking and you do not, so who's the sane one?!!!

FACT: I ENJOY FREE PARKING WITHOUT FEAR OF PCN'S OR CLAMPING. I do not expect anyone to believe that - I didn't when I first came across this free legal notice. But I did research it and I find it works.

Any chance anyone is going to post some facts rather than assumptions and opinions?
