  • It is still there for the dates quoted. Remember it is the Superior Room option which gives the differential you want to make it a real bargain.

    Those dates, search Paris,then on RH side revise search to 4 stars. 48 options. Hotel is on 3rd page.

    can anybody help me (again!)
    I put a claim in last night against easy jet ,I have a reply that says they are not honouring it for 2 reasons

    "First because the price indicated by you is not the full and final price because of the
    credit card charges (our are always the same)-"
    and they have inserted quote from findmeaccoma "Payments
    We accept all major credit and debit cards. There is a charge of £1 for any bookings made using a debit card or switch card, a charge of 2% for any bookings made using a credit card and a charge of 3% for any bookings made using American Express."

    am I right in thinking that you actually put all your details in of your cc and to get the total price you would have had to actually booked the hotel
    reason 2
    is that the price has gone up overnight and is not available now at that price but is much higher, I sent them a screenshot of the lower price it was last night surley that is proof of the lower price
    any suggestions

    Offer to supply screen shot.

    Add booking/cc fee to price ie £1 /2%/3% you have quoted in screenshot and revise your claim accordingly.
    I find a calculator is quite useful for this if you are not to good at sums:p

    You could try EJH price - screenshot+£1 debit card fee = difference.

    But
    3. Valid claims: valid claims must be made within 24 hours of booking on easyJetHotels in the event the same room type in the same hotel for the same date is found at a lower price on another website. EasyJetHotels will refund on valid claims double the difference between the advertised rate on easyJetHotels and the other available rate subject to the following conditions-

    i) EasyJetHotels will confirm valid claims within 3 working days of receipt.

    ii) Refunds will only be made after completion of stay by the claimant at the named hotel for the named booking.

    iii) Claims for any refund must be made within 24 hours of booking on easyJetHotels.

    iv) easyJetHotels must be able to verify the alternative rate is both available and bookable online.

    v) Claims for refunds must be based on a comparison of the same hotel for the same dates and same room type and occupancy, and be inclusive of the same services as those offered by easyJetHotels (for example service charges, taxes and breakfast etc.). They will use the card fees as service charges

    vi) On-request rooms are excluded from this price promise and rooms must be available for immediate retail consumer bookings online.

    vii) easyJetHotels will not reimburse clients if the compared product is part of a package, is shown in a currency different to that quoted by easyJetHotels, if the competitor rate is not offered by a UK bonded travel agency and/or if the rate is offered on a branded hotel chain website.

    viii) This double the difference refund Best Price Guarantee will cover bookings made for up to 4 customers and a maximum of 7 nights´ stay.

    ix) The maximum amount refunded shall not exceed the total value of the booking made.

    x) Only one claim can be made per person per month.

    xi) easyJetHotels will administer this scheme.

    xii) Reimbursement of double the difference will be made in the same currency and payment method as the booking made on easyJetHotels.

    Look for another site to price match. Then cancel your booking, £15 if more than 7 days before arrival.

    Rebook in name of other traveller and reclaim.

    still cant see it! only comes up wuith 22 options and not 48 as said previously what am i doing wrong
