Good news on the new job & great news about forthcoming holiday.
Holidays are fab, especially to warmer climes. What's the journey time to Dominican Republic ?0 -
Well..... Hello Stranger!!!!
Another early riser... Journey Time is 8hrs 30mins going and about 7hrs 45 mins coming back ( it's downhill)
I don't mind - I watch a couple of movies, read and try not to drink! Coming back is a night flight and I can usually sleep - and because of the time difference (5hrs) you make up the time going and arrive back the day after on returning home. The joys of Jet lag
Busy entering competitions at the moment. It's all go.....

Day two....
Work was OK yesterday. Interview is tomorrow afternoon (here's hoping) - the HR manager is on leave and I will be interviewed by prospective manager and operations manager. That suits me, after the rigmarole of my probation it will be good to have a fresh outlook on my capabilities
What a rain shower we had last night! We had already got caught whilst out walking, much to MrT's horror, and we just made it home before the heavens opened. The garden needs it though - I am not sorry.
I have been very grown up and compared my energy prices and applied to change suppliers. I am keeping the pre-payment meters though. Although it is a little more expensive I can really keep an eye on what it is costing and I prefer it that way. No nasty surprises.
I have also worked out all my income for last year and predicted what this years is going to be for if/when I claim WTC. If I have got all the figures to hand then I can just request a claim form as soon as (if) I get a start date for going full time....
Matalan have got a major clearance on at the moment. A lot of stuff is £1. For £7 I bought some sandals, 2 bras and a summer top. Beat that! And paid for it by doing a MS straight afterwards in the same area! Shrewd, or what?
Mr Fatty excelled himself last night and decided to do some work on his remote controlled model cars - in the bedroom starting at 2am!!!!
He was even drilling  and conducting loud conversations with MrsF at the same time..... I can't believe she sleeps in the same room as all this - not that there is anywhere else, I suppose. He better not try that again, or there will be trouble. Yet again, I couldn't sleep and was up at 5.00 - loud groan.
Not too much else to report - updates to follow, I expect.

Sorry the Fatties have started being noisy again, I figured it was too good to last.
Good luck on the interview front, I am due to have an interview shortly but as to date and time, as yet I don't know but it could be one of three dates.
I still have LVs to spend, I notice that Morrisons take them so I shall ring Morrisons to find out because I am bound to turn up and be told "oh we don't take them!". I have a Morrisons near me but I rarely venture in there as the carpark is awful and the place is full of chavs.0 -
Eeek to the fatty's.

Just running through and I won't get on here tomorrow, so good luck for your interview. We want a blow-by-blow account as soon as you get back from it."Green pastures are before me,

I'd love to be a good example - instead, I am a horrible warning.0 -
