glad others have already said what i wanted to say - make him pay board whilst he's away - i always had to! you don't get time off from the mortgage/bills etc if you're on holiday so it's a real life lesson for him.

He does take the proverbial and had a row with OH about it today, so told OH why SS SHOULD pay his dig money whilst he's away..... after all I let him without paying whilst he was unemployed! SS has paid the rest of this week's dig money. But I've had an expensive day, £45 for petrol (130.7 which is mega cheap for my area so filled the tank), £15 for luggage scales and other holiday bits (£5 I will get back from SS as one set was his), £10 for lunch (decided to have a little treat). I got a bikini in the sale for £5! That is a miracle for my size!

Doing some tarot tonight, not done much (£5 so far). Also got an order for 2 wedding cards for Monday.

Had nice start to the day (seeing my Gran and spending some time with her). Then back home to deal with SS, a 'friend' of his turned up at the door last night (at nearly midnight) drunk, I was terrified. I thought it was OH as unless he's going to be back in the wee small hours (or if I have work the next day) he doesn't take house keys with him if he's working. Also SS's car is damaged and we've found out he's lied to us where he was when it happened. So OH is stressed, I hardly slept a wink last night after SS finally got rid of his 'friend'. SS has just had strips torn off him by OH and thinks he's hard done by and can't see what the fuss is. OH told him if there's one more incident he can move out permanently.

About to make chicken, spaghetti and pesto for dinner to try and cheer me up.

Totally agree ZTD, shame it had to take an incident like this to shake OH out of his state of inaction!!

Hope you can catch up on your sleep tonight Unix, these lads are so inconsiderate

I'm pretty tired Keiss. Tell me guys, we're off on holiday for a week and staying with my Auntie. Will £350 be enough spending money? I don't want to scrounge off my auntie but don't want to be stung for a big bill either iyswim. Thats £350 between me and OH (it would have been more but.... well you know what happened with OH's job!).
